Fynd — amount deducted from my mobikwik wallet but haven't received my refund | |||
I two transactions on fynd one from my mobikwik wallet and one fron my paytm. My first transaction of 2324rs of mobikwik got failed. As per fynd policy i haven't received any order id from fynd but after 10days i haven't received any refund. When i mailed fynd they haven't reply and they don't have any customer support. I also raised complaint to mobikwik but the transaction was successful by their end they told me to contact fynd. I am sending you the screenshot of my mobikwik wallet debit detail.
