Please refund my money of rs 399, because I haven't use ganna app and I have money problem, so please refund my money as soon as possible. I want to cancel my ganna subscription pack and get refund. Please try to understand my problem...

Please return the money deducted from my account, otherwise I will file a case again....

I have Gaana premium account, my account reached device limit and when I'm trying to remove my old device, Gaana doesn't support removing the devices, there seems to be some sort of but in their development. I'm not able to remove my old device neither from Android App, nor from web interface.

I have created 4 service tickets on the same issues, the support webpage just shows that the ticket is created but doesn't give any...

I would like to raise this issue on the behalf of me that I have paid to gaana subscription for 1 years plan but my account has been log out without informed me and now asking for payment for subscription as second time plz resolved my issue I m sending screenshot of payment slip and transaction ID OM2210100051440842749448

I am Pavan Kumar, i have been a gaana plus member since a long time. Today I was renewing my account subscription, but I don't know what happened but when I tried to login a new account was created using my phone number and as I wasn't aware of it, I renewed the subscription.
Kindly transfer my subscription to my original account please... I have my personal music playlist in it and also have earned as much as 20k...

I got an coupon from fireboltt smartwatch, it had coupon for 3 months subscription of premium. Actually they said it is free but they asked ₹1/- for the subscription. Even though I made that subscription, but instead of asking ₹1/-, they asked ₹299/- for the subscription...

Subscription is not activated it is show as free user though payment is done...

Payment done for Rs. 299 for a year and also 99 for a month, but still asks for renewal. Multiple tickets raised but no response. There is no option to call customer care too. The chat feature is utterly useless and frustrating. It is clear case of fraud from Gaana.com

On 17th May 2023 at 12.04 a.m I paid for GAANA+ renewal amount Rs.299.00 and payment was successfully processed vide Order id: GAANAPP_11797169 and TR Id: OM[protected] via PhonPe. But, unfortunately the account is not activated till now.
