Auto subscription cancellation and refund - Reg

Hello,
I have received a free coupon from Paytm for free gana subscription for 3 month.So that I have used that on 18/01/2022. So my 3 months free subscription completed on 18/04/2022. Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.399/- from my account for 1 year subscription. It's a scam. I don't need any kind subscription from gaana. So kindly cancel my subscription and refund my money...

Refund my subscription

I had a very bad experience in using gaana, that is till they auto-renewed my gaana plus subscription without my permission.

I had turned off auto-renew while buying into the subscription, as well as elsewhere where it was asked. I would've loved to continue with their services however, i'm not comfortable in buying the subscription at this moment in time.

Kindly refund me the amount of rs. 399, and cancel my...

Credit card amount deduction with auto renewal

I have cancelled the auto subscription of gaana + in june 2019 and removed the my credit card details from app, after that in june 2020 they again taken charge from credit card without asking any credentials. And now they don't have my card details and how to taken amount from my card. They did fraud with storing my card details without my permission in there system, while details already deleted in june 2019....

gaana subscription refund

I purchased subscription using flipkart coins in gaana website and it got auto renewed by mistake and just after purchasing, within 24 hours, i told them about i don't want subscription several times and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as i am a student with no source of income. But till now it has not been satisfactorily responded from their...

refund and cancellation of gaana plus subscription and cancellation of auto renewal

I subscribed for gaana plus 3 months subscription using a promo code for free.
While creating the account, i had to add the credit card details.
Their is no option in their app or website to remove the credit card details or to stop the auto-renewal of subscription.
I wrote to [protected]@gaana.com regarding this matter and asked them to stop the auto-renewal.
I didn't get any response from them and finally my subscription...

auto debit even after cancelling auto debit instruction

My account with gaana.com is my phone number [protected]. I had cancelled auto debit immediately after i subscribed for a 3 month trial. Just like this current screenshot. Even after cancelling the subscription gaana.com has gone ahead and debited my account. You can see that even after cancelling auto renewal, in the app it shows that auto renewal is on. Fix this and refund my rs. 99

not able to download songs even on having gaana+ subscription

I recently changed my phone, when I installed Gaana on new phone I am not able to download any songs also not able to sync songs from old device. I have active 6 months Gaana+ subscription valid till September still I have to face this Issue.
Whenever I try to download the song it asks to redownload everytime
Please either solve this issue or refund me....

can't redeem my gaana code

I am flipkart plus member so i rcvd redeem code for gaana app, but i am unable to redeem my code at gaana app. Showing error maximum coupon redemption limit reached. Last day for redemption is 31st mar 2019.

I have tried thrice this code but it is not accepting. I have attached the error

My Mobile no [protected] was used to get auto debit amount 599/- from my UPI account without my permission. No Mail or SMS shared before doing this transaction. Kindly support to get refund. Email id for reference [protected]@gmail.com
LOL, imagine being surprised by an auto-debit subscription. Did you think Gaana was running on fairy dust? 🤦‍♂️ Maybe check your subscription settings before pointing fingers at the app that literally told you about the charges. Next time, maybe read the terms instead of blaming the system. 🙄

    Please refund my money which cut from my account.Gaana.com auto service is too worst service, it's cut my money automatically i cancel this auto pay but they did not cancel it that way they cut my money.
    So please give me my money as soon as possible Rs 599.

        I am Nandan kumar Mishra, Gaana has deducted rs 399 from my SBI. This really ridiculous and fraudulent act by gaana.com. please refund my money asap. I have been using its trial version and at that time told me by gaana that subscription amount would be charged after my permission only. But now 6th Jul '24 i have received massage for deduction of 399 rs. Attached the message which i got
        This is looting act. Please refund my money, i want my money back.

          I need immediate assistance and resolution and also refund. I have shared my bank statement to [protected]@gaana.com from my email id [protected]@gmail.com (registered number : [protected])

          I cancelled my subscription long back gaana is still deducting 299 again and again since yesterday it has deducted 4 times the money .. i dont want to subscribe gaana at all not even once and now it has deducted 4 times .. i am not getting any response from this stupid app support… i need my money back (all 4 times) i do not want to use this app at all … what the hell .. i am not getting option to do anything since i cancelled the subscription and auto renewal long back .. i even raised a request to delete my account and nothing happenen on that also.. I NEED MY ENTIRE REFUND

              My account got debited automatically for Rs299/-. I have not shared any card details or made an e-mandate. No OTP came and directly I was charged. Tell me the reason behind this.

                Since my SBI Global Rupay card is not suitable for auto renewal, in case of non working of my account, I paid another 299.00. The effect of the same is not reflecting in Valid Till.
