Dear Team,

i have Purchased a 2 combo Casio + FastTrack watch for the worth of Rs.1499 INR but i have ordered through online on 3rd of Feb order #[protected].

on 7th Feb i received a call from Ecom Express a delivery company reached my location and asked me to pay the amount of Rs.1499 INR and he was not allowing me to open the box until i pay the amount.

once i paid he took a signoff & i opened the box it was a wrong product and there was a damage too.

box doesn't contact any seller information to contact and company doesn't toll free number it says wrong number [protected].

Received order confirmation from Mail ID : The shophut Order #13180 [protected]@gmail.com

Request for the refund of Rs.1499 INR and do the needful.
