I have ordered casio wsd f20 watch, but received fastrack 3 watch which is duplicate and one of them are broken. Treid to contact them but they are not in trace.

Tried to contact the courier people which is ecom but that guy also ran away and unable to trace and dont have courtesy to speak and asked me to do what ever i can do.

And left the parcel and ran away....

I booked casio digital stainless steel wrist watch (Pin [protected]), but when i received the product at around 1430 hours on 27th sept. 2019 it was a local fusion analog watch. Moreover the glass was also broken.
I sent an email to [protected]@gmail.com complaining the same, but till date i've not received any response from their side.
After opening the gadgetsohub site i came to know that i"m not the only who got cheated.br...

Your delivery boy came here to deliver my parcel (Order #20962). After openig the parcel i saw the watch which i chose is not that insteat of that watch i saw a normal watch. The boy who came to delivered the parcel just ran away after that that delivery boys name rup naskar mob no.-[protected]. I rang him atleast 100 times for last 3 hours all the time answer came 'busy'.
Now i want to return this watch as early as possible....

I have ordered for a red touchscreen smart watch but I got a normal damaged watch I need my money back how can send like this with lots of intrest we are ordering the products and how can u break our trust this is not at all fair I need a refund of my amount please do this ASAP. Never ever do these kind of things and make customers suffer arey how can u send a ### watch for 1847 bugs...

I had ordered watch series 4 ( GPS+ cellular, 40mm) Silver aluminium case with white sports band- black and the have send me a Fast Track watch.
The watch that I had ordered was a smart watch and they sent me some regular dial watch.
Please let me know the return process I don’t want this product and I want my money back.

I have ordered a multi function watch (Watch series 4 gps, celluer, 40 mm) online but i have received a fast track duplicate watch and for that watch i have paid 1810 rs cod, which was not use full for me so i want only my money return back because i don`t want this duplicate watch in 1810 rs.

Mene smart watch ordear kiye ta but kuch alag hee product deleverd ho gya hai me require krta hu kee wrong aaya hua product ko company return kre jisse mere paise mujhe vapis mil sake. Mene ek smart watch order kiye ta pr isme ladies watch aa gye hai jise me use bhe nai kr sakta so please return my order.

But i received jbl head set
So i want to return the same

I ordered 3 watches 2 fossil and one titan but received 3 watches of fastrack and one watch which does not have a brand and the quality of the product is so bad that no one could wear it a person who even does not know about the brands also will not wear the same. i have Purchased a 2 combo Casio + FastTrack watch for the worth of Rs.1499 INR but i have ordered through online on 3rd of Feb order #[protected].

on 7th Feb i received a call from Ecom Express a delivery company reached my location and asked me to pay the amount of Rs.1499 INR and he was not allowing me to open the box until i pay the amount.

once i paid he took a signoff & i opened...

I ordered hp 64gb pendrive and samsung 64gb memory card and earphones but i didnt receive earphones and pendrive is changed kingston pendrive 32gb and memorycard which are not working.. I have received local item from the gadgetsohub.com they delivered wrong pendrive, memory card and earphone so i have mailed them regarding this issue on the same day when i received but they have not taken any serious step against this this item is delivered on 08/08/2017(dd/mm/yyyy). Pendrive is not in working, memory card is also not working and earphone is broken....
