Garena — Negative diamonds issue without any refund

In my account Negative diamonds issue acquired without any refund made. For this I made request in free fire customer service they reply me with old negative diamonds issue which is already lift the restriction by top up diamonds now this is occurred second time without any refund and I send that all details to free fire customer support they didn't reply.I don't know why they are sucking money from poor people. And hereby I attach all the details and my id also.

To stop top events for heavy payments for diamonds, because it just illegal businesses .you have to stop it because this is so dangerous for middle class family .if they know their children waste too much money on top in free fire game the concern and report it to court or police to remove this game from our city, state or in country .I warn you garena to stop this business, because upcoming days you feel only destruction, garen becomes destroy.
