My self rupsh and i'm belongs to taranga jharkhand i came to suman gas agency for cylinder which is ownership of mohan lal suman the person whois present at agency not accepting coins and told that only 10% of coins will accepted of total amount. After that i reached at punjab national bank telo he tell me that there is no any msg issued by government of india that anyone refuse to accept coins. I records conversation of owner of suman gas agency in which totally refuse to accept coins with the name of bank.
