Ordered Samsung 6.5kg washing machine on Big Billion day sale Flipkart. 19th October 2020 Gati courier service received the product, 20th October out of delivery within 10 minutes 3 times called and went back to office, Next day out of delivery but not contact, Next day out of delivery but not contact me same thing repeated 6 times. Gati shipping person contact me and delivered the product which was delayed since 9 days . Person apologize for delayed and shipment cancellation of the product. After complaint raising here they deliver within one day. Anyway finally delivered the product.
