Gati-Kwe — parcel stuck at international operations centre in transit since 15th august

I ordered a parcel from aliexpress which is supposed to be delivered by gati. Since 15th august the parcel status is stuck at the international operations center, in transit. I tried resolving the issue with their customer support, with no luck. I ordered using gati because i thought they delivered faster than india post needless to say i was dissapointed. My tracking number is eq[protected]in.

This is to inform you that the shipment is in transit now and once reaches at delivery hub will try to arrange the delivery at the earliest on higher priority basis.

Updated by maknet This is what the customer support through the email said. I want a stern response as to what happened to my parcel, will i be getting it or not. I am sick of these vague replies. I read similar incident with a guy whose order is the order stuck at the same point. I think you guys are hiding something.

Updated by maknet Since 15 th August it is in transit. It is in India not in a different country. I want to know what is the reason, it is stuck there. You are just deceiving your customers. No updates till now almost 9 days have passed and i dont think there is going to be. You are entitled to pay me the complete cost of my parcel.
