Gati-Kwe — Worst possible service, delay in deliver on top of that product severely damaged | |||
We transferred our Bike from Delhi to Hyderabad Docket number[protected]. When we gave the Bike we were assured that the product will be delivered safely without any damage, nothing was mentioned about it being senders risk. The product was delivered late and in a damaged condition (overall expenditure required 12, 000 after inspection in bajaj showroom). On raising a complaint we were asked to submit documents which we did. After 2 days of no response today we get a call saying nothing will be done because its the senders risk. People who are planning to send your products through Gati dont do it, it would be better to send you package with indian railways. Was this information helpful? | |||
