I had been facing issues with the internet connection since last 6 months and I had to call almost everyday for the connection to resume.

Now, its been three days the net is not working. The customer care promptly replies to every of my complaint. But no resolution has been provided. No internet connection for the last three days. Except a phone call from the customer service, nothing has been done to fix the issue.

    I am facing many issues with your G-Broadband connection, there is no stability in the bandwidth and no prompt customer support.

    I would request you to repay the money for this month i have paid and disconnect the connection.

    I have contacted ur customer care more than 10 + times from two days and i became a regular customer to visit the care from past 4 month, this is shame that you are providing such type of connection and support. I hope i can stop even 10 of my colleagues/friends/neighbors to not to take G-BROADBAND and dont suggest to any one.

      I have been using g-broadband connection since october 2015 and the internet connection is very poor for the past 2 months.in the current billing cycle, i was not able to use the internet properly even for half of the month. They are sending technicians but the fix is not working. Last week i have logged two complaints but they i didnt get any response from them. I do not want any services from g-broadband and i have decided to go for other service provider..
      Gbroad band disconnects the customer internet connection whenever the current billing cycles completes. They do not even give 1minute extra also once your current billing month (For which you have paid the amount) completes. But they do not even if customer's money is wasted for half of the month. I have been paying monthly rs.1000 towards their services. I have wasted 15days in current month i. E rs.500.. Really pathetic and painful services from gbroadband

        I have taken 6 months plan from G broadband btm 2nd stage, after 3 months I moved to HSR and they told they will transfer my connection. It has been over 2 weeks but they still have not transferred. I have called them numerous times and all the time they say the same thing that connection will be provided within 2 days. I have gone to their office and there also I get the same reply. After 2 weeks it should be done but still they are not taking any steps.

        I have made bill payment to wrong ID on 23 dec 2016 and sent so many mails. But there is no proper response from them. I am not sure how to get my money refunded. If there is no response another one week I will got for this connection termination.
        My wifi connection is showing Connected, no internet for the past 5 hours which is causing inconvenience. This has become my frequent problem and for the past few months I had to complaint about the same repeatedly.User ID is Krishangda, and it is in Hulimavu region. Can you please check and get back asap?

          I am having this issue from past 2 months and most of them said to contact your isp's so there a "packetloss" that lead to auto disconnect when playing online, for example take "steam server to check out" there a delay and heavy packet loss for every 2-3 mins cant play any games, i usually prefer using internet for gaming and hope u fix this soon :)
          u can also check in go to command prompt and type "ping sgp-1.valve.net -t" open in multiple tabs using same command prompt then there is a packet loss
          i hope u understand :)

          I'm fed up of calling their customer support as well as their technician. They are just simply amazingly pathetic. In a month I get to use their amazing Internet for about 8-10 days.

          I want a full refund along with installation charge.

            My user Id is Sharad29.13.
            I am one of the Oldest buyers of G broadband service when they have newly come into the market and has set up their services in BTM 2nd stage. In all these years I had so many issues with them but I just like other common man use to adjust with their intermittent issues, no services for days even after informing and used to live with the wait and hope that now or then their internet will be back. But after all these lying soberly attitude of mine towards them and to their service finally one day i.e, 30/07/2016 I have called them and their IVR has informed that it's acknowledged and you will be getting a callback.
            After no call back for days finally I went to their office to report the issue, to which they have responded and send some technician who was a teen and he was working on my router and on my system to set up the connection but failed and said that the router is the issue, later they took the router with them to investigate instead o[censored]sing the LAN where they can know the actual issue. The next day again the same happened where I called their service number, IVR acknowledged and nobody followed thereafter.
            I again went to the office asking for the solution where they said that we have checked your router and your router is at fault. I got irate after all the initiative, follow-up where the G Broadband associates hardly acknowledged any of my concern and requests .
            When I questioned them on their customer service on this issue and all the other issue where they have never responded even when responded it was delayed to extream. They have proved this point by sending someone on 2/08/2016 to show that we can show you that the LAN or their cab internet is running fine because the session has expired that day and please recharge to show you that we were right.
            If this is what they have to prove why they can't connect the cable wire and showed it to me.

            It has hurt me to the core and I can't live with the response they have given to the customer like me who have never reacted on any of their issues by now in all these years.
            They have provoked a customer, make them sacrificed their work life to find out time for the follow-up with G broadband/ Gatik buisness solution because they do not have customer service in their service dictionary.

              Sharing galaxy server some times working some tims not working, and alos the speed is very low around 100/kbps...
              From past 15 days i am facing this issue, dialy i am calling to customer care. but there one answer is, we will check with the backend and we will solve issue.
              I did everything they told me to do. but there was no positive result..
              I am using g broadband from past 8 months...
              If the problem continues i will jump to other connection after 15 days.
              Hope so my issue will be solved as soon as possible.

                Hi i have used this pathetic internet provider's services for the past 3 months out of which last one month there was absolutely zero internet. I have been calling their equally pathetic customer care for a month now and the response have been not effective at all. Currently they promise call backs but no one calls or turns up to see what problem is there. And the so called head technician "manju reddy" is the most ineffective person who just refuses to come and see where the problem lies

                I want a refund of the installation and last month bill amount which would be 2300/- at the earliest as this case has been really aggravated. I would really appreciate if this matter is looked into at priority as the officials of g broadband laughing on the call when i am saying the same.

                I really want strict action to be taken against g broadband.

                1. Poor internet service provided with frequent loss of connection, slow speed etc
                2. Very bad customer Care services, they register your complaint and never get back to customers in time.
                I have surrended the line two months ago but still they have not refunded the deposit. When called their helpline they repeatedly say that accounts team will process the refund. But nothing has happened still now.

                  This is a local ISP in Bangalore, we are availing their services from past one year. However, last week, the wire which connects our home for broadband was cut down by some government electricians while cutting down an old tree, due to which we lost internet connectivity. We have logged a complaint, and they're not even addressing our issue, nor they are receiving our calls anymore. We're without internet from a week. We have been trying to contact them, but they never answer. Please lend us the justice. How can a company neglect its own customers to such extent?

                    I done recharge of G-Broadband account online through Payzpp. Money deducted from my account on 17 Jan 2016. Transaction also success still money is not refunded / recharge also not happen. If i call/email also no proper response from G Broadband.

                      I paid for 10 GB data but that broadband stop connection at 8.6 GB i called broadband and he checked all data uses after counting is and every MB . he told me by mistake it was closed, he will start connection within 10 min.after reaching office he is telling he can bot restart connect .because i used more then GB.because of that i was not able complete my office assignment.i lost my faith in office.

                        I had taken a G Broadband internet connection from Mr Mohan, G Broadband, #2, 1st Floor, Vishnuvardhana circle, jambusavari dinne, J P Nagar 8th Phase, Bangalore - 560078. Ph [protected] For the past two months i had intermittent internet connection. But some sort of internet connection was there. There were lot of powercuts near my house and did not have internet connection during this time. But he never mentioned about this in beginning. I somehow managed it. But for last 10 days he has stopped servicing my house. I no longer have internet connection. He had taken a 6 month connection money. But now neither he fixes my internet connection issue nor is he ready to return my money. He keeps dodging my calls.

                            Hi,
                            I am raising a consume complaint against G Broadband Internet Services.
                            Most of the time in my area the internet is down.On Oct 16th from morning 3 AM, the Internet service is not there. If we call to the customer care, there is no proper response and they are cutting the call just like that when we are talking/waiting on the line. Really pissed off with them. After calling again and again, the customer care executive told due to power issues, their switch back up is lost and they are not able to provide the internet services. They should have switches in different location, so that if one is down other can pick it up.

                              The service is poor. Internet does not work when there is raining. But there is no guarantee on 24/7 connection and when we are calling to complaint number to report a complaint, phone stays busy most of the time. Its hactic and irritating to work in this speed. If you are doing "Work from home" then it is risky having this connection. The connection is not trust worthy. per month it happens 10 to 15 times sudden disconnection, they say they will send staff but they wont. because of this iam loosing my work, they dont even inform about problem every time they ignore.

                                  Very very very poor service.I'm just pasting the email which I sent to them. Hi, I would like to bring to your notice about the irresponsible behavior of your technicians and very poor g broadband service. I recharged my account on 15th april 2015. The internet drops very often hence i had to complain many times to your technicians.Every evening around 6 the internet drops and resumes only the day after. This is very frustrating as i have a lot of other work to do not just call your technicians and customer care every half an hour. when complained to customer care, either they do not respond/return my calls nor they provide a proper solution. simply they give a technicians's number and ask the customer to contact them.(ticket ref number - [protected]) These technicians keep playing the fool with the customers saying they are coming in half an hour/ten minutes/one hour but never turned up till date. One of the technician named Kishore asked me to change/opt for different broadband like airtel but he will not come and do anything. i want strong aaction to be taken against him as he has been very rude towards me while answering calls or when coming personally. The Other technicians' number they gave was Mr.MAni sir who answered my call today morning and took a note of my problem and never turned up after that. His call was on wait so many times and was ringing many times though he never cared to answer my call or return my call. Next Mr.Ganga the head of the area technicians came into the picture. As usual one hour and half an hour never came. finally after i started calling him around 5 times at a stretch he sent an sms with a phone number asking me to call to that number. Note: this sms did not have his name or any other details, only contact:number He did not have the courtesy to even call me and tell the matter. When i called the number, It was Mr.Kishore again saying me to complain wherever i want to and he will not attend the case. After a while kishore came home and again behaved the same way saying he is not going to do it and was very very rude to me. I am not gonna leave this here. will be contacting all the higher most officials in G broadband and also to all the public forums. They further asked two days time to resolve my issues completely. Again my internet stopped working from yesterday and they don't care about customers. After this month recharge it did not even work for two days completely . I have requested for a refund. And I have raised another ticket today regarding this. gbroadband: SR No.[protected] will be attended shortly.

                                    Hello, I am GBroadband user and I fell as a victim under their service. I took G Dispatch 10 MBPS Plan. Now the speed I am getting is less than 1 MBPS. Also strange thing is that most of the websites are not working. Ex . TimesOfIndia, NDTV, Facebook, Speedtest, Yahoomail, etc...There is no good response from the Customer Care people and in fact I asked them whether shall I post my concern and your poor service to the Broadband complaint forum and then didn't even respond back.So taking their silence as "Go-Ahead", I hereby post my complaint. GBROADBAND TEAM - Please do reply to this thread and rectify my problem.

                                      I have had this issue many times in the past that I get the internet connection very rarely when there is a need for it. Today I had to work from home for some of my personal work. Trying to login to the internet, it never gets connected. The only reason why I stick with this service provider is that there is no good broadband connection in Bangalore. I have suffered this many times and few times I had to go to office which is close to 20 KM away from my house. This gives me lot of bad feedback at office as I miss many meetings in between. Right now, I tried logging to my office network and it gets disconnected everytime. Called the service desk and they are telling everything is working from their end. Thats not the answer which I am expecting from them. Similar issues had occured in the past where in I had to shout at them. But no results. I am paying the money for such a service and am never getting the benefit of this.
