Gauhati University — Duplicate Marksheet

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have submitted a request to issue a duplicate marksheet for all 3 years of BCOM. The application was well filled and duly forwarded by the respective college head along with all required documents like FIR copy, newspaper add cutting, xerox copies of registration, admit card, marksheets, etc. Also the required has been paid. The application got accepted and I was told by the receiver that my marksheet will be ready in another 15-20 days time from the date of submission. Attaching the newspaper cutting and one receipt of payment for reference.

The application was submitted on 15th July and its more than a month now. I have also visited university more than 3 times and every time I hear same answer that the marksheet has not arrived.

I am not sure where it is stuck. But this is delaying my career growth. I am about to apply my VISA but due to this i am not able to.

Please provide me the final status if the marksheet is ready and when can i collect those. It would be great if anyone can drop me a message or call me on my number [protected].
