Gauhati University — Money deducted but payment failed.

Dear sir/mam,
I was applying for my original degree certificate at guportal on 5th June 2022 and when i tried to pay through UPI, the amount of Rs.830 was deducted from my account but the payment failed in the website. I have attached the screenshots of my payment successful status o[censored]PI and its failure in website. Kindly check it and refund the amount in my account. I have contacted twice through email but i did not get any response from your end and thus i am worried about it. Kindly take necessary steps and refund the same as soon as possible.
