Gaurav Luxury — non payment of refund | |||||
I Booked my Bus ticket with Gaurav Luxury travels from Patna to Ranchi For Rs700 on 31st December 2017. However, I cancelled my ticket and was to get a refund of Rs350. But till date I have not received the payment and also i am unable to contact any of the numbers on their website.Also none of the mails have been responded to when i mailed them on "[protected]@gauravluxury.com'' and "[protected]@gauravluxury.com" .Finally I got in touch with their customer care-[protected] who then directed me to call "Mr Manoj-[protected]" who said that he does not deal with online tickets despite being from Gaurav travels and gave me no remedy and said i dont know.Then i got a number of a senior executive "Mr Vijay-[protected]" who has still not picked up my call even after trying for 7 -8 times.Moreover I have spent an additional Rs 30(Approx) on phonecalls to their customer support and Mr Manoj. I wish to claim a refund of Rs380(Rs350-ticket refund as mentioned in their website and Rs30 for phonecalls to them) Also I wish to complain against all inactive numbers on their website leaving it to user to somehow find it in google.
