Getmecab — about refund

My cab booked for 11:30 am.. But till the time, 1:00 pm the cab didn't arrived.. When. I asked them to cancel and give me refund, they denied and giving deal.. Could you please review and help me to give full refund for the cancellation

This is happening for first time.. But i don't wnat this type o[censored]nsatisfactory service.. I am too frustrated with their service..
