I booked a sedan car (indigo petrol @₹14/km) from delhi to nainital. got a call 7 hours before that they can only send indica @₹13/km. they claimed it's a brand new 1.5 months old car. i accepted. but the car that arrived was the worst conditioned indica i've ever seen, and that too gas operated. there is dust everywhere. so unprofessional and disappointing service by getmecab. never gonna try it again or any other associated company.

    I had booked a 7+1 seater Innova cab online with getmecab.com on 18/3/2016 for Rishikesh from 23/3/2016 5 AM to 25/3/2016 for which I paid Rs 1800/- as advance(order ID no.-ORDEL0307765). I got the confirmation for the cab as well. Till 23rd many a times I got in touch with them over phone & every time they assured me the confirmation & availability of the cab.On 22/3/2016 when till 10 pm I did not receive the driver & vehicle detailes through SMS, I tried to call them. After trying repeatedly for one hour I got in touch with them. When I asked them about the vehicle, they said they are trying to get.At around 11.30PM at night, they said they can not give me 7 seater vehicle only 6 seater is available, though I had told them categorily That I wanted only 7 seater vehicle because we were 8 members(including kids). At 11.30 PM they said that "we can not do anything, you arrange your vehicle yourself". I requested them many a times that at midnight from where I will arrange a vehicle for 5 AM ? but they said sorry we can not do anything & we will return your advance.
    At midnight I had to rush here & there to get a vehicle because I had all the hotel bookings done already in advance at Rishikesh for 3 days.But since it was Holy festival next day so all cab operators I got in touch with said that no 7 seater vehicle was available with them for next day.I somehow got a vehicle at almost double the usual rate. Despite the advance confirmed booking & advance payment I not only had to undergo such a stress & mental agony but also shell out so much extra money because of them.

      I booked a cab from 25th march - 27th march(3 days).
      Order id -- orban0274473
      Travel from: bangalore to pondicherry and back

      The total cost they said would be kms*10 + toll tax(To be paid by me at the toll booth) no extra charges apply.
      My total kms was 825km so i should ideally pay 8250rs( i already paid the toll charges at the toll booth).
      Now here is what i was charged by the driver on force.
      Kms - 825*10= 8250
      State tax = 800*2 = 1600 (Since i crossed two states)
      Driver bhata = 250*3=750
      Service tax = 468
      Total amount that i had to pay = 8250+1600+750+468= 11068/-
      Additional amount i had to pay from what was asked = 2818/- (Which is 34% more of the amount inintially told)

      This is a straight cheating done as a part of availing the service

      Though i got a reply from them but its not satisfactory.
      They said they will reimburse me a coupon of 500 which can be used if i make a bill of around 3000 with them in the next 3 months.
      Not at all happy with the support here.

      SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE

        Hi I have booked a taxi from Getmecab.com for 25th December morning 6.30 am (Outstation Tour 3 days), they charged Rs11250 for this( 2100 in advanced). I have a confirmation slip as well. But on 24th December at around 8pm when i called them to get the details of Driver, they told me they will give the details latest by 11 pm. At 11 pm when I again called them they told me they will call me in 1/2 hr. At 11.45 when I again called them they told me they are finding the cab and will update me very soon. At 12.30 when I didn't got any response I again called them and they informed us that they are unable to find any cab and thus they are cancelling the booking. We already have booked hotels and other things as per our schedule and planning. Just one night before If i get such reply that our booking will be cancelled, my all plannings will be dismissed. I told them to provide me contact of some senior person or manager but they refused to provide me. Due to cancellation I need to make alternative arrangement and thus had no time to argue with them, so I cut the call and full night I strived for finding a cab as we need to leave early from Mumbai. It was my luck that I was able to find the cab but if i couldn't get the cab then I had to bear a loss of 30, 000 (hotel charges). Also due to this I faced very difficulty, i have to pay 3000 extra for a alternative cab .

          Worst CAB provider
          Don't Book from this cab provider they cancel the booking at very last moment and will don't even call you before cancelling. You will keep on waiting for the cab till pick time and when I call them they will say that your cab is cancelled.
          I booked a innova for outstation Pickup time 7:00 AM. I got the confirmation and driver details and paid the online advance amount on their website and had all the discussion with driver also.
          But No cab turned out at pickup time when I called the driver he told me that the cab is cancelled by getmecab.
          And getmecab customer care told me that they have sent me an cancellation mail at 12 in midnight.

          Worst CAB provider

            Hi, I had faced a traumatic experience with get my cab. I am resident of Bangalore and planned for a long weekend stay in Mumbai. I had booked the cab online for a city tour in Mumbai for 15th August 2014. I was charged Rs. 300 as an advance to get a confirmed booking. While booking there was certain terms and conditions which I ignored as there was time constraints. On 14th August 2014 when I was on my way from Bangalore to Mumbai I got a call from the customer service representative of bookmecab that there were service limitations due to the unavailability of cab on 15th August. He told me that the cab will arrive from Bandra (which is about 20kms from the pick up point) and as per the terms and conditions of the booking I had to pay for that extra km. I did not agree for the same and he insisted me to cancel the booking as I am not satisfied with the service. I agreed and asked for the refund of the advance amount paid at the time of booking. He agreed over the call and hence I sent a message (as I was travelling and did not have an Internet access) to cancel the booking. The booking was cancelled from their end. But now when I am asking for the refund they are declining citing their terms and conditions. Moreover, they are unethical in conducting their business and do not have any customer centric behaviours. They used foul language towards me on the call and was rude in their attitude. Kindly take necessary actions if possible against these people. Contact number of the guy who used foul language : [protected]

              Hi I have booked a taxi from Getmecab.com for 8th March (9 AM - 5 PM), they charged Rs850 for this( 300 in advanced). I have a confirmation slip as well.

              But when the CAB came to my home on 8th march, driver said that the cab is booked for 2 hrs only and I have to pay the entire amount.

              my booking was for transfer to NDLS from rohini sec 6..but he refused. when i call the help-desk of this company, they said they can't do anything in this and I have to pay the remaining amount.

              Due to this I faced very difficulty, i have to pay 700 for a local taxi service for my transfer to NDLS and also they didn't returned my advance payment.

              they took the benefit of my condition, it was holi on that day and they are aware that i may not found a cab on that day but luckily i found a local taxi.

              i would like to complaint against this company so that thay will not cheat anyone else and also returned my money.
