I had paid online payment of rs. 3930.00 for property tax today on 3.02.2019 afternoon towards the demand note raised by ghaziabad nagar nigam (Gnn) against the pin no. Mn78132 in the name of mukul rastogi. Amount was deducted from my hdfc debit card but no message or receipt of the online payment was generated by the system. While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is also not traceable, ticket no. Is also not exhibited. Amount in the challan also remains unchanged even after online payment.

Please resolve this technical issue at the earliest and the send me the receipt on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com

Gate No 9 shalimar garden near plot no 24 . par naale ke diwar toot gai hai. Please help in reconstructing the wall . As this is very dangerous for people living near by. This will also impact the guard room constructed near by.

Sewage is overfowing which is causing lot of water coming out ..please fix it as soon as possible.

I live in eklavya vihar sector 9 vasundhara ghaziabad. Monkey menace in our colony is posing fatal danger to families living here for past few months. Since the group of monkeys have babies and mommies they attack people without any cause. Every day group of 10-12 monkeys arrive morning afternoon and evening in our locality. We cannot even stand out or go for a walk because of fear. There are small school going children, working females who have to fight everyday with them to board their school buses and cabs
I request the authorities to take an immediate action against our request

Subject: to complain and bring attention to the problem of stray dogs on the main road and in the society.

Respected sir,

I am a resident of the sector 13; people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area. The news of the newly born baby attack by the dog is not fade yet. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

I am resident of rampuri, near surya nagar, ghaziabad.

My self holding commercial property in rampuri & have been paying higher charges for everything like electricity, house tax, etc however i have seen that people living areas near to rampuri like (Brij vihar, ramprastha, surya nagar, chander nagar) have opened illegal shops, go-downs, gyms, clinics, beauty parlors ets which causing loss big losses for we people who are working as per the government norms.

I have seen that no authority is taking any legal action on this thing. The thing pinning me is that why & how people are working illegally & authorities are going nothing.

I want authority should take legal action & shutdown all illegal activities going on in those areas otherwise i have to write to the higher authority or to yogi adtyanath ji

House tax for pin no. Vs 1045603 for rs.6115 was paid through icici bank gate way using debit card on 30.01.2019, and the amount has been deducted from card account. The amount paid is not reflecting in my ledger account, and still shows debit balance. Since i have not received any receipt could i request you please look into matter and ensure us that payment has been done and provide the status as paid on website for our assurance.
Please do the needful to rectify the discrepancy.

Here monkey are creating nuisances everyday they pluck plants, broke earthen flower pots regularly, tear the clothes that were drying on the terrace or balconiesand many more instances are there. There are approximately 10-12 monkeys that create mess everywhere.

The roads in this area are in very bad condition. They have not been repaired for the last 3 year. The roads have many pitfalls which sometimes cause accidents to unwary drivers.

The streets are not swept properly and regularly. There are not a sufficient number of dustbins and people throw rubbish here and there. During rains water collects here and there and drains overflow. The water stagnates giving rise to mosquito menace and malaria. I fail to understand why the authorities do not rise to the occasion and meet this menace to public health. At times it becomes very difficult to pass by the heaps of garbage and overflowing drains giving out strong nauseating smell.

I hope you will take stringent action on the condition of the roads. The exact location is front of Avantika -2 which is under nagar nigam not in Ansal. Please look into this matter.

There are no traffic lights near main road of jaipuria mall, ahinsa khand 1, indirapuram, ghaziabad, if there are traffic lights then they aren't working from more than 2-3 years. There is always high traffic on that roads (Mostly buses and trucks in high speed). It is very difficult for pedestrians to cross the road due to heavy rush. I am registering this complaint for the second time. Please make sure that there are traffic lights on each and every road.

Dear sir/ma'am,
I am living in ghaziabad nagar nigam area near loni golachakkar (Nahar-locally known) near jauhri enclave metro station, uttaranchal colony. The mainroad coming to this colony has become pond due to the outflow of nala which is uncovered and never been cleaned. Please help us in this bad scenario so that we will not get hit by diseases. It's been one week living in the same condition. We can't go to nearby market place to by stuff for daily use. We are requesting you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. The workers of municipality didn't come on daily basis and never clean the area as required. The nala is open so all the solid waste material passed to it and get blocked even the mud from construction sites get stuck in it and make the condition unfavorable to live. Please keep an eye on the site before the children and the students got diseases. Also the exam are scheduled in the next month for board students and there are not going to school because of non availability of way to school, so i have humble request to you to make the people safe from near diseases.

I have been complaining again again for street dogs in our society (Sector - 15 house no -375 vasundhara ghaziabad up -201012) which had made difficult for us to live in this area. But no action has been taken by the concerened authorities despite various complaints.

I am attaching my recent complaint number and compalint copy.

Respected sir,
I am a resident of 15/375 vasundhara ghaziabad-201012. It is difficult for us to move out as dogs have been roaming everywhere in our society (Minimum 6-8 dogs). My near address some people are providing milk these street dogs. So street dogs are living and roaming. So the many people and kids have been bitten by them. It is scary all the time to move out.
I recently had an accident because dogs started running after bike. So it is very difficult to living at this location.

Please make area free from these street dogs as they are doing nothing except biting people and making them scary with their presence.

We beg to draw your kind attention to the residential area in our locality a tree is too much long if in any case of season it will break so it harms us it touches the wire of electricity during rain it produce current I know very well it is very useful and helpful for us but if it harm people . so we need to cut it don't cut whole tree only cut some branches with touching the wires I hope you do something for us because in windy season it get break because of wind flow so it harms lots of people and wires of electricity

There is leakage in underground water pipeline right in front of our House No - 820, Sector - 5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The matter was repoyto the local Sector - 5 office but it could not be repaired & fixed.
Please take immediate action because the water logging is facilitating Dengue Mosquitoes to provide shelter.

This complaint is regarding leaking of main drinking water line in Sector-3A, Vaishali (Ghaziabad). Main drinking water line is leaking badly at many places in front of plot no. 3/200/16 (United Bank) to 3A/200/19, sector 3A, Vaishali for the last more than 20 days and overflowing on road. Besides wastage of water which may cause water born disease, Road is also getting damaged. The water is stagnating on black top road and shoulders. and road is getting damaged. Pigs are always around this overflowing water.
Please repair the water line urgently
