महोदय,
सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं ग़ाज़ियाबाद के खोड़ा कॉलोनी नवनीत विहार गली no, 2 हनुमान मंदिर वाली गली block A का का रहने वाला हूँ। इस गली में अब 15 दिन पहले सड़क बनाने का काम शुरू किया गया था jcb से खुदाई करके जिसकी वजह से यह पर मट्टी कूड़ा-करकट, मलबे आदि के ढेर लग गया है । इन पर मच्छर-मक्खियां मंडराते रहते हैं, जो स्वास्थ्य के लिए बड़े हानिकारक हैं। इससे रोग फ़ैल रहे हैं। घर-घर में बीमार लोगों की संख्या बढ़ रही है।आय दिन यहाँ कोई न कोई हादसा हो रहा है जब से ये गली खुदी है जब से अब तक कोई भी ठेकेदार या कोई भी अधिकारी इसकी सुध लेने नही आया

अतः आप से विनम्र अनुरोध है कि आप इस गली से सम्बन्धित कर्मचारियों और इंस्पेक्टरों को आदेश देकर गली का निर्माण कार्य करवाने की समुचित व्यवस्था करने की कृपा करें, जिससे लोगों को भयंकर रोगों और परेशानियों से छुटकारा मिल सके।

Street light of d 27 dayanand is not working since two months and it becomes very difficult to move outside during evening kindly repair it. Manjit malik. D 27 dayanand nagar. [protected]. Street light is not working since two months and it is observe that new led lights are to be fixed by the municipal corporation. It is humble request to fix the light as soon as possible.

My name is vikas agarwal & i'm resident of house no. 112, new gandhi nagar, ghaziabad for past many years. But for past few months we are getting very dirty & stinking tap water supply. The water is at times having too much mud or sewage and foul smell. Please look into the same urgently as we have kids at home at there are chances of infections.

A dtdc courier branch located at hindon chowk is carrying out excessive charging for photocopy. The shop charges rs 1 for ine photocopy when electricity is available. This increases to rs 2 per copy when electricity is not available. On being enquired the shopkeeper has stated use of inverter as the reason.in addition no bill is being provided by the store for either the photocopy or any stationary being bought from the store. Please look into the matter.

This is to inform you that in our colony new panchwati there is a lot dogs..
It is almost 12-13 dogs in a single stree and it is very difficult to go or come anywhere from our stree because all dogs are barking on everyone.

Also childrens are very scared to go school or play in street just because of dogs and also street become very dirty and unhygienic.

So it's a request to you please help us on urgent basis and give us relief we will be very thankful to you..

Sub: garbage and malwa
There is building material and garbage been placed in from 6 months in front of my houses. I am working in environment and agriculture in delhi i am always try to molest us by saying that they will not dispose off there building material and malwa (Waste material) and always say that we are in police do what ever you want to do but we will not dispose off the material and will do as per our convinence. We being the supporter of your government and a normal citizen are facing this problem for so long. This is a request to please dispose off the waste from the road as we want to give our part in swach bharat abhiyaan and this is a serious complaint and because if this our family people are suffering from some neck disease.

I m a resident of r-105 railway colony sec-12 pratap vihar.
The sewer cover in front of my house is broken and in dangerous condition. So because of this we are facing serious problem.
So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible. I shall be really grateful to u.

A sulabh shauchalaya is located near the police station at the air force chowk junction at hindon. The condition of this shauchalaya is not very hygenic. Also the shauchalaya is not displayed properly so it is not visible to the public. There is a need to ensure regular cleaning of this shauchalaya. Also the same needs to draw attention of the public for it to be used regularly.

Hello, i am resident sector 2, rajnagar, ghaziabad. A group of monkeys came in our sector frequently. These days they coming between 2-3 times daily and are troubling everybody. It has become difficult for us to move on road alone. Please take some action at the earliest because this is not safe to allow such dangerous animal roam freely in houses. Hope this issue be resolve soon.

Street light of pole no[protected] die kav dt53 c1 20 is not working from 20 days, which may cause unidentified guys does bad things like drinking of alcohol, gambling, or hide from police. The information about the street light has been given to the parshads and nigam, but there is no solution given by the department.

Sir hamare yhan pr bite 1-2 month se bahut sare street dogs ho gye jiski wjah se logon ko kafi pareshani ho rhi h.
1-gali me aate jate waqt dogs hamare pr bhukte h,
Hamare piche katne ke liye bhagte h,
Ek do logon ko to kaat bhi liya h
2-subah or raat me jada pareshani hoti h, dogs puri raat bhukte rhte h dusre dogs se ladte h jiski wajha se logo ko pareshani hoti h
3- dogs gharo mein ghush jate h or dustbin me se garbage ko sare me fela dete h
4 - gali mein roj roj logon ke ghar ke aage pooty kr dete h jisse logon ko bahut dikkat hoti, badbu bhi bahut aati, or jisse ki bimariyo ke phelne ka bhi khatra h

The main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly. One month ago, i have face same problem.

This is in regards to the sewage pipeline ahead of my house... This had not been cleaned from last 3 months and there is a blockage in our neighbours pipeline which results in storage of waste water in our area... Human waste is also flowing in rain water sewage pipeline.. This is very frustrating as we contacted mcd and they inspected but haven't turn back.. Can this be looked into on priority as it is very difficult to pass from this road.

I would inform you that one of person is doing illegal construction on their plot. He has constructed 4th floor and now continue for 5th floor.in nearby area there is no building more than 2 floors, it might be dangerous while any strom will come.

Hi sir/ mam

This is a really very serious issue, here in vaishali sector 3, there are 100's of stray dogs, which leads to accidents daily, on daily basis they bite every other person
In nights they create huge nuisance, which is unavoidable. Now they has become a big problem for the people staying here.

I request you to kindly take the appropriate action and take them away asap.

I am paying the extra amount as a house tax as per the covered area the amount needs to be less than what i am paying. I already submitted the request 3 years back but no action has been taken yet and i am keep on following the same but no one has taken any interest on the same, i have created file also and it was told by the officials that now the amount can not be decreased now please tell me why should i pay the extra amount please look into this matter and correct my house tax amount as i already paid extra amount and will not pay until it will not be adjusted or corrected.

Dear sir, this is to inform you that i am residing at sector -16 16/41 vasundhara and for last 15 days in front of my residence main road's main sever is choked, due to this sewer water enter in our ground floor & main road also fill with sewer water and create a big problem of water and bad smell and also create problem in passageway. Sir/mdm,
The drains around the house no. G-25, patel nagar - iii (Opp g - block market) is fully choked with dirt, soil and garbage and no body is bothered either to listen or to take any action. The same trend is being followed for many years.
Also the space beside the road is required to be covere with interlocking - tiles to avoid entering of dirt soil into drains.
Kindly look into the matter and take the required action. Your favour will be appreciated. Thanks and regards.
