एक छोटी सी गली मकान नम्वर 320 जी के सामने न्याय खंड 3 इंदिरापुरम गाज़ियाबाद 201014 में है । आये दिन ये गटर बंद रहता है जोकि बहुत गंदी बदबू मरता है गंदे पानी भरे रहने से यहा अनेको बीमारियॉ होने की संभावना है आप से अनुरोध है कि समय समय पर इस क्षेत्र में कुछ मछरों से बचाव किटनाशक का छिडकब करवाये तथा गटर की समस्या स्थायी समाधान करे ।

We would like to bring it to your notice that the road in front of the above market has been damaged so badly that large number of accidents had took place and number of people had been injured. Despite instructions from cm yogi ji to repair all such type of roads in the recent past, this road has not been repaired so far.
It is therefore requested the concerned authority in ghaziabad nagar nigam should be instructed to initiate immediate action for necessary repair of this road in order to avoid any further fetal accident.

सविनय निवेदन सहित मैं श्रीमान् का ध्यान गली no. 2 नवनीत विहार खोडा कालोनी गाजियाबाद बुरी अवस्था की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ । हाल ही में बारिश का पानी भरने के बाद यहा पर गली का बुरा हाल हो गया है आस पास की सभी गली का विकास कार्या होने की वाजहा से सभी गली का पानी हमारी गली में भर जाता है

। सड़कों पर यातायात भी अस्त-व्यस्त है । आपसे प्रार्थना है कि की इस दुरवस्था पर ध्यान देते हुए इसे यथाशीघ्र सुधारने का प्रयत्न आरम्भ किया जाए जिससे समस्याओं को और अधिक बढ़ने से रोका जा सके ।

Dear sir
In this connection, we would like to submit our complaint regarding non sweeping of colony roads by the sweeper appointed by the nagar nigam in our colony for the last more than 4 months regularly. As a result of which, the colony has become a place of dump yard of garbage. We have also contacted the supervisor of this colony for getting the needful done but no action has been taken by him. As a result of this our colony residents have been forced to take the services of private sweepers for maintaining cleanliness in the area.
It would not be out of place to mention that the sweeper appointed in our area has been doing private work for cleaning in the shops of e-block, patel nagar 2, ghaziabad market and has no interest in doing her duties in our area in collision with the supervisor.
You are as such requested to look into the matter immediately and initiate necessary action for maintaining cleanliness in this area.

Dear sir,

I stay at plot no: 249, first floor, sector - 1, vaishali, ghaziabad 201010 since 2013 however have not been receiving my house tax challan any time till date. Last time i visited nagar nigam office in vasundhara and deposited my pending dues but i do not see any record online when i visit https://onlinegnn.com/. to my surprise, i am not even able to locate my property on the online portal. Visiting the nagar office is a painful experience where you have to go desk to desk requesting for information.

Please help

It has been observed that sweeper posted in our colony has not been sweeping the streets for the last so many months and supervisor posted for the sweeper is also not attending to his duty and is not caring to our complaint. As a result of non sweeping of our colony at d-block, hig patel nagar 2 ghaziabad by any sweeper posted by the nagar nigam, it has become a dumpyard of filth and we have been completed to get the cleaning work of streets from private sweepers.
There is lot of frustration amongst the citizens of the colony due to the above. It is therefore requested to please initiate necessary action to get the cleaning work done daily on priority basis immediately
It is also to be complained that the sweeper remain busy in the private work in the e block market shops and totally neglect her duty in our colony. Your early action is requested.

Dear sir, we are resident of plot no. 423, sector - 5, vaishali, ghaziabad and we are very much troubled by a stray dog which jumps on every resident and by passers and try to bite. Kids are scared of it. We have critical patients in our building and its really difficult to take them to hospital as this dog immediately jumps on them and being patient they are unable to protect themselves and this may lead to something fatal. Please help. Its a white dog with brown spots. We would request you to help us on urgent basis. Please remove that dog from our premises.

The nagar nigam is maintaining park in sector 16-a, vasundhara ghaziabad.
This park is located between hig flat no 502 and 401 in the blocks of hig flats behind awas vikas office in sector 16-a
The park needs to be maintained. Wild grass and weeds have come up in the park.
Kindly arrange to maintain the grass and plants in the park and also to immediately dispose the waste so obtained from the park.

In sector 16-a vasubdhara gaziabad, in the blocks of hig flats just behind the awas vikas office no repairs are carried out despite repeated complaints.
The tube lights fitted on poles go defective very frequently and no replacement/maintenance is carried out in prolonged periods. At present its pitch dark at night with not a single light glowing. No lifht is functioning in the park either.

Now there is a critical requirement firstly replacing these and better with led lights.
Kindly get these replaced with led lights at the earliest. Till then repair the defective lights.

People are dumping garbage to a vacant plot adjucent to our flat. Kindly arrange to clean up the place. The garbage is creating problem for kids playing in the area. It is also spreading disease dengu and maleria and typhoid cases have been reported to resident.

Hi all,

I am resident of plot no 113 shalimar garden vikram enclave chawra colony near n-65 sahibabad ghaziabad u. P. 201005. There are 6 street dogs who have bitten people in our locality. It has become hard for people to come out of there homes. Due to this kids are not going to there school. Also this has created terror in the society.

हम उदल नगर के निवासी आपसे निवेदन करते है कि नानबाई से लेकर उदल नगर माली के मंदिर तक लोगो ने नाले को पाटकर अवैध कब्ज़ा कर लिया है व पानी की निकासी नहीं हो पा रही है ! बरसात के समय तो बहुत बुरा हाल हो जाता है ! इतनी गंदगी रहती है कि मच्छर पनपते रहते है व बीमारी का दर रहता है, आये दिन लोग बीमार रहते है जो कि प्रधान मंत्री के स्वच्छ भारत को भी चुनौती है ! बच्चो की पढाही पर भी बुरा असर पड़ रहा है !
आपसे अनुरोध है कि मौका मुआइना कर अवैध कब्ज़ा हटवा कर नाले की सफाई करवाई जाए ताकि लोग बीमारी से बच सके व स्वच्छ भारत अभियान व स्मार्ट सिटी की तरफ एक कदम हम उदल नगर के निवासी भी उठा सके अन्यथा हमें आगे मुख्य मंत्री, प्रधान मंत्री को भी लिखना पढ़ा तो लिखेंगें!

With due respect, it is inform that i am residing at plot no. 81 flat no.3 vikram enclave, sahibabad, ghaziabad since last 04 year at own flat. Some space has been declared by the builder as common space for owner of flat no. 1 to 3.

There is no parking facility in flat. The resident of flat forcefully occupied by the illegal construction (About 1 feet partry on road) with this common space provided the builder and park his bike on front of my gate and block the way which is goes to road. I am always trying to make a separate way in front of my gate but all the resident quarrel with me.

Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to destroyed the illigal construction maked on the road in front of flat

My property tax pin no is vs17006. I have given written requests in ur vasundhra office twice in the past 4 years but unfortunately your department never cares to update their records. Initially, it was named in the name of dalmia bharat enterprises but i had bought this flat from them in 2013 and had given the request in your vasundhra office to update my name but they have not done it till date. Pls update your records it in my name - manish tandon

With due respect i wish to draw your kind attention towards our locality's sanitation problems. There is so many water blockage in drainages. The number of mosquitoes increasing day by day. It can causes many diseases. Sweepers don't come daily. They come only one time in three to four months. Please take proper action regarding this problem.

मैं आप का धयान शास्त्री नगर - कवि नगर चुराहे पर सड़क पर इकट्ठा हुए पानी पर दिलाना चाहता हु। सड़क के इस भाग के नीचे सीवर लाइन भी है। और सड़क का वह भाग सड़क के लेवल से नीचे है। जिसकी वजह से वहां पानी जमा हो जाता है। कल वहां जमा पानी की वजह से स्कूल जाने वाले बच्चों की सायकल स्लिप हो गई और कई बार तो आने जाने वाली गाड़ियां पानी पैदल चल वालों उड़ा जाती है। आत: आप से निवेदन है कि आप इस संदर्भ में हमारी मदद करें एवं उक्त सड़क के टुकड़े को सड़क के लेवल में करवाने की कृपा करें।

Hello, sir, i am sambhav jain lives in rajendra nagar sahibabad my house no - 11/118 sec-3 rajendra nagar i want to say that plot no-11/117 sec-3 rajendra nagar was filled with lots of garbage and many of people of our society throw their garbage and lots of waste material in this plot this is very harmful for us and for our society also.
