Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam Complaints & Reviews

I have submitted my house tax bill for 2016-17 for rs.2999/-. I have submitted the amount using my sbi debit card online on 20. Aug.2016. The amount has been deducted from my account but has not been submitted with the nagar nigam. I have submitted my complaint also woth the nagar nigam. But i hav been waiting for the resolution. Kindly resolve the issue as soon aa possible.

Sir, I have paid the house tax bill for the F/year 2015-16 in cash (Rs. 3041 availing 20% rebate) at the counter of HDFC Bank Kaushambi Branch on[protected]. But in the ledger taken on line, amount of Rs. 3801 without 20% rebate is being reflected as arrears of house tax of F/year 2115-16 as unpaid.
Kindly look into it and rectify my ledger so that I can make on line payment.

Sir, we r already paid the house tax bill for the f/year 2016-17 by 10th of june, 2016 ur. On online payment system and we got the receipt no.[protected]vs7389, from ur. Gnn office, ghaziabad.

But sir, again i got the bill for same (F/year 2016-17), details of bill as under:-

Here, i want to mention that correct my a/c and deposit my payment in my a/c which was i paid online and details of the payment i already mention vis to vis above in this letter and withdraw ur. Again issued bill on me and issue me a "not dues certificate" against my already paid for bill payments of the f/year 2016-17.

Sir, i paid the house tax for pin no - cc51064, fy 2015-16 rs 608 manually on 19-11-15, as system was out of order on that day, but it is wrongly entered in my ledger as rs68, i corrected in the next bill and paid rs639 towards house tax for fy 2016-17, but the corrections are not made in my ledger hence the closing balance is showing rs 269 wrongly instead of showing nil, if it is not corrected, it will reflect in my next bill, it is requested corrections should be made at the earliest.

I paid online rs. 2352 for property tax today on 16.08.2016 morning towards the demand note raised by gnn for the fy[protected] against the pin no kn2906 in the name of g. K. Yadav. Amount was deducted from the debit card but no message or receipt of the online payment was generated by the system. While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is not traceable. Ticket no is also not exhibited. Amount in the challan also remains unchanged even after on line payment

Pl resolve this technical issue at the earliest and the send me the receipt on my email id.

Non credit of rs 17460 deposited gnn challan no 05561 dtd 28.03.2016 vide chq no 000038 for rs 17460 debited to my account on 29.03.2016 being house tax upto the year 2015-16 including arears not credited to my ledger account till date and this amount i.E.(rs 18453-rs 990) has been included in the bill 1922880 dtd 12/07/2016 raised for the year 2016-17 as received by me yesterday.

This may be investigated as where to my money has gone and bill be rectified immediately. Revised corrected bill only for fy 2016-17 be issued for payment.

Sir, payment of rs. 1108.80 was made on line today on 14.08.2016 morning towards the demand note raised by gnn for the fy[protected] against the PIN NO MN2527 in the name of R.S.narayan. Amount was deducted from the credit card account but no message or receipt of the on line payment made by me was generated by the system. While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is not traceable. Ticket no is also not exhibited. Amount in the challan also remains unchanged even after on line payment

Pl resolve this technical issue at the earliest and the...

I have recently purchased a house in Block "A" DLF Dilshad Extn-II, Ghaziabad, Sahibabad - 201005. I have almost all the builder houses who have constructed Ground Floor as Store Room but every such house has a family residing their (This is not according to GDA approved norms)
I have sent the same complaint to higher authorities and soon will share an RTI on this
I request GDA to please come and check from A-2 to A-31 and seal the unauthorised constructions.

This is to highlight that in pratap and vijay sector 11&12, many vaccant tubewell and unauthorised summersible pumps doing wastage of water on daily basis due to them, water level day by day going down quickly,

You are the only hope to stop/barred them asap.

I have sent registered letter to nagar nigam ghaziabad on the unauthorised construction of ground floor at dlf dilshad extn-ii, bhopura ghaziabad-201005.
Specifically block a flat nos. 2 to 16 are constructed stating as store room but the entire family is residing their.
Would request to please take an action on this as a copy has been sent to cm (Up)

Amount was deducted from the credit card account but no message or receipt of the on line payment made by me was generated by the system. While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is not traceable. Ticket no is also not exhibited. Amount in the challan also remains unchanged even after on line payment

Pl resolve this technical issue at the earliest and the receipt of the financial transaction may pl be uploaded on the system itself so that customer may download it for personal records or alternatively receipt may be forwarded to registered email accounts to avoid inconvenience

I'm resident of gulmohar and will be soon suffering from some disease like malaria, typhoid and lot more because of garbage dump getting stacked outside my society.

I know that it can be cleaned by mutual support of everyone but this time i would request you to please help in getting it cleaned soon as possible.
Now garbage has blocked half of the road and in coming days it will block the route.

So please take action as soon possible.

Property tax payment Receipt not generated after due payment by credit card.
Ticket no T 3827 pertains to property Pin VS 88099. Two attempts. Money charged to credit card. But no receipts.

Regarding blockage made by house no 145/1 sector 2 rajinder nagar, near Buddha Park on both side due to korner on drainage made by nagar nigam 2 months back, water will not pass at all due to blockage made intensionally and will result in damage of road and result in over flowing of water kindly see into the matter soon regards and remove the blokage made

My self resident of sec 13, vasundhra ghaziabad, having a open and obstructed drain near my house, 13/545. Its very dangerous and full of drain water, its the bigest source of spreading water born disease like dengu, maleriya, etc. And also big dirty patch on sawach bharat abhiyaan. This is to bring to your notice that a certain man hole on the sewer line is damaged due to the movement of heavy vehicles over it. Trucks carrying construction material for a plot in our lane pass over the raised manhole cover and have damaged it.

This manhole is at the T junction right in front of the Electricity office at Niti Khand -2 close to plot no. 250.

As a result of this, the sewer line is overflowing and there is stagnant sewer water on the road. There is a risk of Dengue mosquitoes breeding in that water and the stench also permeates the locality. We have been making complaints at the local office but they claim that they are running short of suction trucks and hence the problem will take time to be addressed.

Please also note that it hardly had been a week or two before this sewer line was opened, after it had been blocked for months and now again it is choked.

I would request the authorities to pay attention to the civic conditions of the Niti Khand -2, Indirapuram area, as we expect better infrastructure in a planned colony of such repute.

This complain is regarding the bad conditions of road near aradhna road .. I want to inform you that nagar nigam has made this road worse than a dustbin ... They used to pour all the garbages on this road making our surviving very difficult... This is a residential area and moreover it is main road connecting G.T road. The stinkeness and the mess are untolerable... I dont know what the authority is doing and why they dont keep a vigilance over the roads... Please take the action and instruct the workers to clean it as soon as possible ... We are not only facing the bad environment condition but also traffic jams due to this ...
