House tax for pin vs mn12004 for rs 831.55 was paid through axis debit card on 21.08.2016, and the amount has been debited from my savings account. The amount paid is not reflecting in my ledger account, and still shows debit balance. So i thought there was an error and i paid it again and i still did not get a receipt.
Now, i have paid twice the amount and both of the entries are not present in the ledger. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful accordingly to remove the discrepancy at your back office.

House tax for pin vs 1038098 for rs 3076.48 was paid through hdfc debit card, and the amount has been debited from my savings account. The amount paid is not reflecting in my ledger account, and still shows debit balance.

Hi team,

I am a residence of gda flats 2nd rm block near ram manohar lohia park.

The situation of roads is becoming poor n poor day by day. Now the road is full of garbage and cows n mosquitoes flying around. Soon we all will suffer from malaria and other diseases.

I know people living in the neighbourhood are responsible for it but a little help from nagar nigam can solve this problem.

The roads have severe water and bumps.

Please help us.

The surnames in the house tax data pertaining to my house is wrongly spelt as BHALLA in place of MALLA. The names are Shri N.K.MALLA and MEENA MALLA. This may kindly be rectified at the earlier so as to avoid any problem hereafter..action needed on my part may kindly be intimated...

I am a resident of 8/a takshila apartments, indirapuram, ghaziabad-110092. I would like to lodge a complaint against my overhead neighbour, a resident of 8/b for they have extended their back shed over my area without my permission as a result of which i am facing problems such as blocking of sunlight, drainage problems and seepage in all the rooms.
I would like to request you to rectify the drainage problems as well as get my neighbour to revert the unauthorised shed so that i don't have to face any more sunlight blockages and seepage problems.
I have attached the photographs of the shed and the problems i am facing as proof.
Kindly consider asap.

Today i tried to make online house tax, after entering my details it asked for bank option i, e hdfc bank and icici bank, i clicked one of my banks, after waiting for some time it again went to a first page where we submit house details. I tried it so many times every time it goes back to house details page.

Pls. Look into it so that we can make the house tax payment with out any difficulty.

I have submitted my house tax bill for 2016-17 for rs.2999/-. I have submitted the amount using my sbi debit card online on 20. Aug.2016. The amount has been deducted from my account but has not been submitted with the nagar nigam. I have submitted my complaint also woth the nagar nigam. But i hav been waiting for the resolution. Kindly resolve the issue as soon aa possible.

Sir, I have paid the house tax bill for the F/year 2015-16 in cash (Rs. 3041 availing 20% rebate) at the counter of HDFC Bank Kaushambi Branch on[protected]. But in the ledger taken on line, amount of Rs. 3801 without 20% rebate is being reflected as arrears of house tax of F/year 2115-16 as unpaid.

But sir, again i got the bill for same (F/year 2016-17), details of bill as under:-

Sir, i paid the house tax for pin no - cc51064, fy 2015-16 rs 608 manually on 19-11-15, as system was out of order on that day, but it is wrongly entered in my ledger as rs68, i corrected in the next bill and paid rs639 towards house tax for fy 2016-17, but the corrections are not made in my ledger hence the closing balance is showing rs 269 wrongly instead of showing nil, if it is not corrected, it will reflect in my next bill, it is requested corrections should be made at the earliest.

I paid online rs. 2352 for property tax today on 16.08.2016 morning towards the demand note raised by gnn for the fy[protected] against the pin no kn2906 in the name of g. K. Yadav. Amount was deducted from the debit card but no message or receipt of the online payment was generated by the system. While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is not traceable. Ticket no is also not exhibited. Amount in the challan also remains unchanged even after on line payment

Pl resolve this technical issue at the earliest and the send me the receipt on my email id.

Non credit of rs 17460 deposited gnn challan no 05561 dtd 28.03.2016 vide chq no 000038 for rs 17460 debited to my account on 29.03.2016 being house tax upto the year 2015-16 including arears not credited to my ledger account till date and this amount i.E.(rs 18453-rs 990) has been included in the bill 1922880 dtd 12/07/2016 raised for the year 2016-17 as received by me yesterday.

This may be investigated as where to my money has gone and bill be rectified immediately. Revised corrected bill only for fy 2016-17 be issued for payment.

Matter most urgent.

I have recently purchased a house in Block "A" DLF Dilshad Extn-II, Ghaziabad, Sahibabad - 201005. I have almost all the builder houses who have constructed Ground Floor as Store Room but every such house has a family residing their (This is not according to GDA approved norms)
I have sent the same complaint to higher authorities and soon will share an RTI on this
I request GDA to please come and check from A-2 to A-31 and seal the unauthorised constructions.

This is to highlight that in pratap and vijay sector 11&12, many vaccant tubewell and unauthorised summersible pumps doing wastage of water on daily basis due to them, water level day by day going down quickly,

Dear sir,
I would like to bring your kind attention on the illegal construction tlaking place on top floor/2nd floor roof of B-63/F-5, Dlf, Dilshad ext-2, Sahibabad Ghaziabad, 201005. This building was made in 2005 and was approved before that only. New flat construction in building is posing threat to other residents of this building as for neighbours.
Building construction still going on without approval by Ghaziabad development authority and after objecting by building occupants.
Kindly intervene as soon as possible to avoid any future mis-happening. I believe these undergoing construction should be stopped and whatever is done should be demolished.

A speedy response on your part shall be appreciated.

While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is not traceable. Ticket no is also not exhibited. Amount in the challan also remains unchanged even after on line payment

Pl resolve this technical issue at the earliest and the receipt of the financial transaction may pl be uploaded on the system itself so that customer may download it for personal records or alternatively receipt may be forwarded to registered email accounts to avoid inconvenience

There are so many big pot holes in vasundhra ghaziabad and nagar nigam has issued so many road cutting permission since last two years and no restoration work has been done by the ghaziabad nagar nigam...in case of any accident who will be responsible for this??

I'm resident of gulmohar and will be soon suffering from some disease like malaria, typhoid and lot more because of garbage dump getting stacked outside my society.

I know that it can be cleaned by mutual support of everyone but this time i would request you to please help in getting it cleaned soon as possible.
Now garbage has blocked half of the road and in coming days it will block the route.
