Dear Sir, We are facing a lot of problems due to sudden increase of stray dogs in B-Block Rampuri Ghaziabad. A group of 8-10 stray dogs are attacking the other ones, wounding them seriously apart from posing threat to the human community. They are barking over vehicles and chance to slip them. I am resident of R-9/267, Raj Nagar ( Corner Side), Ghaziabad . There is much quantity of rubbish and wastage is dumped at in front of my house . I have told to concerned sweepers many times but there is no response given by conc sweepers. The sweeper also dumped the wastage of all residents of Sect-9 in front of my house.
