We, the residents of Shiv Shakti Vihar Sahibabad, would like to draw your kind attention to the ignorance of our residential colony, since its existence, by Municipal Corporation Ghaziabad ( Mohan Nagar Zone) regarding sewerage, water supply problems. In this connection, It is necessary to mention here that House Tax, Sewerage Tax & Water Tax has been charged by the Municipal Corporation for the last 24-25 years and not even a single problem regarding Sewerage, requested by the allottees, time to time, has been solved by Municipal Corporation during the last 24-25 years. At present, Sewerage blockage and overflow back to the residences of Shiv Shakti Vihar may cause serious Diseases in the locality. In this connection, Municipal Corporation was requested by the allottees to solve the problem of sewerage blockage. On 05th November 2014, Mahila Morcha of Shiv Shakti Vihar approached to the Officials at Mohan Nagar Zonal Office and requested to deploy the concerned staff to sort out the problem at the earliest but no action has since been taken. Mahila Morcha has also peacefully demonstrated at the entrance of Shiv Shakti Vihar Colony against the ignorance by Municipal Corporation and Ghaziabad Administration. It is not justifiable to ignore the requests of residents for Critical & Major problem of Sewerage Blockage and Overflowing. It is, again, humbly requested to The Zonal Chairman, Mohan Nagar Zone, Municipal Corporation Ghaziabad to take immediate action in this regard. Dear Sir/Madam, I'm a resident of Sector-5, Vaishali (KARWA) for the last 12 years. Of late, I've noticed that water leakage from a nearby pipe is taking place and water gets collected on the road. The residents of the building (where the leakage has taken place) have turned a deaf ear to the complaints by the neighbours. The water remains collected throughout 24 hours. This stagnant water has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes and a nuisance for us. As such, may I please request your good self to look into the matter at your earliest convenience and help us to solve this issue? Respected Ma’am/Sir,
We, the residents of C-4, Ramprastha Colony, Ghaziabad congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janta Party on the commencement of the SWACHA BHARAT ABHIYAN.
We as responsible citizens of our great country INDIA wish to bring to your kind attention the following for the success of the SWACHA BHARAT ABHIYAN in our Colony:-
1. PROBLEM:- There is no Garbage Collection or Disposal System in our Locality and that each building has hired a Safai Walaa to clear the Garbage every morning. Such Safai Walas have become a menace to us by resorting to arm-twisting tactics and demanding unreasonable monthly charges from us in addition to festival bonuses;
SUGGESTION:- That the GDA is requested to depute GARBAGE COLLECTION VEHICLES which will fare through the main roads and by-lanes once daily at a fixed time and we will instruct our Caretaker to hand over the waste collected in a GARBAGE BIN kept on the ground floor of each building. This BIN conforming to the size and number of residents in a Building is also requested to be issued to us by the Municipality. Bio-Hazardous waste should be kept separately.

2. PROBLEM :- Most of the Drains along the main road of Ramprastha Colony between C-Block and B-Block especially near the Main Citi Centre/Akansha Market remain choked and are breeding grounds for Mosquitoes. This has time and again led to increase in cases of Dengue and Malaria in our area.
SUGGESTION :- The Drains need to be cleared immediately and insecticides or pesticides should be sprayed in them on a regular basis.

3. PROBLEM:- Dust, Plastics and paper waste on the roads.
SUGGESTION :- Although, we agree that it is the residents who have to be more aware of keeping the roads clean and free of waste and trash, we will request the Authorities to take the following action:-
a) Widening of the road by placing tiles in Ramprastha Colony ;
b) Issuing notice of eviction of all Hawkers on the road which makes the road narrow and more trash is strewn on the roads;
c) Placing fixed covered Bins at a distance of 500 metres each on the tiled road.

We do sincerely hope that our suggestions as part of the SWACHA BHARAT ABHIYAN will be well taken and appreciated by all the responsible officials of the GDA and the team members of the Local Councillor and appropriate and early steps will be taken in this direction.

Sir, the internal roads of Vaishali Sec 4 and 5, Gzb are in extremely bad condition. 1. There is an increasing risk of accidents of pedestrians and sometimes fights between the commuters, therefore risking life and health 2. One has to be very careful and cautious even while driving a four wheeler. 3. There are very big pit-holes and the roads are very bumpy and during rains they get filled with water which becomes the breeding ground of insects and mosquitoes. Therefore leading to bad health of residents 4. Bad conditions of the road affect the 2-wheeler as well as 4-wheeler vehicles, and lead to regular jams and, but also requiring regular maintenance of vehicles leading to loss of precious time and hard earned money of Residents. 5. This pollution from vehicles is indirectly adding to environmental pollution of Ghaziabad. 6. There is much quantity of rubbish and wastage dumped on the roads due to lack of Dust-bins, and lack of trained sweepers. I sincerely request you to get the roads repair and cleaned on urgent basis. Hi, I am resident of Mahagun Mascot society in Crossings Republik township in Ghazaibad. We have been facing major problems due to street dogs who has made base in the society initially at the time of construction and making different problems to its residents like, spreading garbage, littering on common area in floors and few cases of dog biting arrived with the kids playing in the society park/ play area. Terror of monkeys is increasing day by day, residents / children are unsafe to move on streets as well as to play in parks and it also are the cause of various nuisances in the city. Dear sir/Madam, Through this letter, I want to draw your attention towards Loni area. In Loni, we do not have proper electricity in Ram park sample house, Loni. We have been facing this problem for last 4 years and it’s very difficult to manage everything without electricity. We are unable to do our basic thing like daily things like cooking, studying etc. Also we don’t have working street lights so in the evening we find it very difficult to walk here and there. As I mentioned before that, I am a resident of Ram park sample house Bansal Chowk. Sir, With reference to above cited subject, I would like to apprise your good self that there are good number of stray dogs inside our apartment i.e. Antriksh Green Apartments, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad and few irresponsible residents of the society feed them at their doorstep which is resulting into major fights between the residents of the society. These dogs were taken out of the society but some errant and irresponsible residents of the society have brought them back. These dogs have created nuisance in the society and have also bitten few children and members of housekeeping staff. In this scenario, it has become very difficult for the other residents to reside in the society and upon repeated requests to those errant residents for not feeding the dogs, they start indulging into violent and aggressive fights followed by abuses. Hence, in the backdrop, it is requested to immediately take urgent and strict action on such residents levying hefty fines along with removal of stray dogs from in and around the society. Dear Sir / Madam, There is a group of around 20 to 25 monkeys roaming around the H-Block, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. We always lives in terror when our kids are outside during playing. Sometimes they use the balcony to move in to the houses and destroy all the stuffs. Sometimes they even open water tanks or deflect the Digital TV Antena. Dear Sir, We are facing a lot of problems due to sudden increase of stray dogs in B-Block Rampuri Ghaziabad. A group of 8-10 stray dogs are attacking the other ones, wounding them seriously apart from posing threat to the human community. They are barking over vehicles and chance to slip them.
