Gifts-to-India is a fraud website. They steal your money and never deliver the item. The customer service numbers are wrong. Stay away!
The biggest problem is it comes up as the first link on Google. Please be aware and dont get caught in the scam. I request you to, please spread the word against the company and file a complaint.

    Hi all, I have done a order for my sisters back home in india for Shopper stop vouchers but still undelivered from this site called www.gifts-to-india.com.

    After going through the messages on this board i think its high time to complaint this website to some official cyber crime site and register the case againts them.

    I dont understand when i see frauds happening on this site since 2-3 yrs and no action has being taken, this is rediculous.

    Can some one mail me back what can we do to register a legal case againts this website,

      My Name is Neha and i have bought a cycle online from a website http://www.gifts-to-india.com/ for my niece on 19th july. First they have not got it delivered it till 24th july 2012 but after calling them and asking about it they said it will be delivered soon so they finally did on 25th july night time.
      Though the product was deliverd but the item which i had ordered was not the same which they delivered. On my repetitively calling and sending the photographs they have not taken any action and not even they are telling what they will do instead they have mentioned that "since the product has been delivered so they cannot do anything right now".

      I am happy in both ways if they exchange the product with the one i have ordered or refund my money.

          Guys... This site Gifts-To-India.com screws big time...They take order , charge you money and dont even deliver, they dont have any detail, order status, tracking etc, nobody ever picks call on there number.

          We should catch the owner of this website and put him behind bars.

          Humble request to all... lets not ever buy anything from them as they are really cheat. I am going to log a forgery case against them and will post more details.

            Hi, I have ordered a small bouquet and a chocolate gift item from Gift-to-India.com website with order no.GTI-[protected] in the same day delivery item list on 13th feb,but order is not delivered till date. they just put FAKE "SAME DAY DELIVERY" notifications to certain Items. Also in the website it is mentioned as helpline no. is working for 24x7 which is also NOT TRUE. No body picks up. They are fraud i wasted around 30 dollars on that. Please never use this website to order. they are just fraud. Action should be taken against such websites.

              The order was never executed and money was debited from my Credit account.There is no way we can contact the customer service, and we do not know if any exists or not. Even if we try to complaint online, the complaint never goes through and gives invalid errors.
              We are duped by this FAKESITE . I would also recommend banks to block such websites for credit cards as I have seen many such cases with other uses with this site over internet.Such Websites should be regularly published on the Online social media to make all consumers aware of such cases ..

              Thes fakesite owners just play withe the emotions of the people and the consumers easily get carried away by the alluring offers ...

              There is no one to answer these queries and no one to respond on the site .All the numbers are always busy and no way we can get in touch online with the site.

                There are several complaints:-
                1. The item was a bouquet of 24 red roses mid-night delivery and it was never delivered.
                2. The customer care just picked up the call once and spoke rudely and mocked the consumer by saying "Jo Karna hain kar lo" (Do whatever you can do)
                3. After that they never answered my call. I kept calling whole day but no response.
                4. Site is broken, I was not able to track the delivery using the tracking number provided at the time of placing the order.


                Note # Please never ever use this site "http://www.gifts-to-india.com" for any kind of delivery. It will never reach!!!!

                    ALL PEOPLE worldwide who wish to send gifts through online shopping beware of this company called gifts-to-india.com. THEY ARE CHEATS AND FRAUD PEOPLE BY CHARGING YOU FOR THE GIFTS BUT THE GIFTS WILL NEVER REACH YOUR FAMILY. They cheat people all over the world. They promised me same day delivery for rakhi gifts to my brother, i paid them 12700 rupees for the gifts through my credit card. They never delivered the gifts and never refunded my amount. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL AND DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEIR BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE.

                      I had ordered 2 boxs of Ferrero Rocher Chocolates - 24 Pieces in each box for my brother and sisters birthday. However only one box with 16 pieces of Ferrero Rocher Chocolates was delivered.

                      When I spoke to live chat support. He justed pushed me away to write an email to there complaint department and said he / she cannot do anything.


                      WARNING PEOPLE !!

                      Absolutely rip off as I paid much more than what was delivered. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. !!

                        Card charged on a duplicate order. received the mail that the refund will be processed for the duplicate deduction, but never got the refund. order no KAFS[protected]. its over 40 days and 20 chain mails on the same. but the reply remained the same :

                            I would urge all users of online portals not to trust the company: www.gifts-to-india.com as they are a source of major fraud, as it seems now. I ordered a small gift to be delivered on V-day, seeing their guarantee of delivery. They have not only failed to deliver on 14th Feb or for 2 days later; yet they are blatantly lying saying that their agent has delivered. When I asked them to show proof of who has received it they do not have any answer. Its not only horrible fraud but pathetic customer service as well.

                            My credit card has been billed for the amount, which thankfully i have disputed and it is unlikely that they can get away with the charge and will have to refund it ultimately but this is to warn you all of such fraud websites and companies.

                            I am currently awaiting a full refund and an apology for the fraudulent behavior and lies on the part of 2 of their customer service agents, who go by the userid MADHUMITA2 and PRASANTO. I have a track of the entire secure communication that I have had with their customer service agents so far and can produce it if required.

                              I have ordered 2 rakhi orders on [url=http://www.gifts-to-india.com]Send Gifts to India Flowers to India Birthday Gift to India: Cheap Valentine Gifts to India Online[/url] for canada.... on 18th august 2010 and it has been mentioned on the website that the rakhis will be delivered within 2 days but till the date it has not been delivered. i have contact their customer care and they gave me some email id and ask me to email on the same.... i emailed them on 30th august and ask them to update me and tell me why rakhi have not been delivered. they replied me on 4th sept and update me and told me that the order was stuck in customs and due to that it has not been delivered . And told me that they can refund the money if i want and they can deliver the order as well if i want . but i reply on the 4th itself and said that i want the order to be delivered with the apology letter and a complementary gift. and i ask them to reply and tell me what complementary gifts will they send. They had sent one order but didnt send any complementary gift and lie that they have send the complementary gift its been like 4months now and till the date one of the order has not been delivered. I registered the case in Core Centre in the month of september but they emailed me and asked me to file my comlplain in consumer forum. i am annoyed with the kind of services this website provided .

                                We purchased a gift of Rs1590 to be delivered to our home on ocassion of Diwali. The money was deducted from my account and also got a acknowledgement message from gifts-to-india.com saying that the order has been successfull.

                                The gift was not delivered to my home for almost a week.. when enquired with gifts-to-india.com at [protected] ( as provided in the contact details on site) a man( Name: Sanjiv) responded very rudely that they do not provided service outside city...

                                My home town is in suburban area of Mumbai, Tal Palghar.

                                When asked about the following questions.. the reply was as below:

                                Question: Why did they accepted the request and sent a acknowledgment?
                                Reply: It is automaticaly done from the site.

                                Question: How will a customer would know that you do not service to a specifc location?
                                Reply: Customer should called an enquire about the service at specific location, before making a online purchase.

                                Question: Will i get a refund?
                                Reply: Yes, but 7% of amount will be deducted.
                                Also apart from that he asked for an alternate address to deliver the gift.

                                A very bad service from gifts-to-india.com. How can they expect a alternative address for a home? 7% deduction for no reason? Gift is something special and people have have huge expectation to recieve them on occassions. This is not how a company should work. If they do not provide service, they should notify us during the booking itself. The purchase should have declined on first place. Orelse one should get full refund.

                                We appeal consumer court to take serious actions against this party (gifts-to-india.com) and should avoid it to happen again with any family.

                                  I presently living in USA.On occasion of Rakhi I thought of acquiring services from Gift to India.com for sending rakhi and some sweets to my brother who resides in New Farm ,Queensland ,Australia.
                                  For this I choose Gift to India.com website.I made the payment in advanceon 8 Aug 10 through credit card and also rececived the confirmation for the same.The delivery date was 20 Aug..but the order was not delivered,I mailed them several times and the website kept saying that thr order has been despatched from our side and soon your brother will receive.But after almost a month of waiting the order didn't reached.
                                  During this one month I had conversation through mails..in which the customer care representive of the website gave me several excuses for the not delivering the order.
                                  Finally, As my purpose was not solved and the featival was over soI asked them to REFUND my amount as they did not render me any services and played with my emotions.The website DENIED that they will not refund as the address given was incorrect.which was false as keep on mailing my brother on same address by post and other courier services like fedex.
                                  I was totally disappointed by the website services and wrote to them ,they are apologizing for the inconvienence caused to me but are not refunding my amount.

                                    I made an order on www.Gifts-To-India.com, on 12th Aug to be delievered to Canada on 20th Aug. But it was not delievered even on rakhi day 24th Aug. But on 24th Aug, I got the confirmation mail from the site that my order has been sent via USPS.

                                    Despite me mailing to provide me with the tracking no, i didnot recieve any response from them. Even they are not picking their phone no provided on the site.

                                    My order GTI-[protected] is not delivered either. This is to make other potential customers aware of the fraud and irresponsiveness of www.Gifts-to-India.com
                                    I will be taking legal action against these people to refund/redeliver my order.
                                    They are complete rip-off. I ordered assorted fruit arrangement and boxes of cashews. They send 4 pcs. of oranges and 4 pcs. of apples and cashews - the top layer was good and as your remove the top layer, you will find all broken fine pcs. of cashews...

                                    Do you have any idea is there any Better Business Bureau in India like we have in U.S.

                                      I made a second query regarding the same but

                                      There is already the enquiry but unfortunately there is no response, and I am sorry to say that I have n patience. Thus I request you to do the refund of the order as it has not been handled properly and now even Rakshabandhan is also gone but I must say this is really a bad service and I will be posting about your service on the consumer form to know people about your service and bad experience.

                                      I have asked to deliver on time and I was told that on monday 23 august it will delivered but nothing happened. I have asked for refund but they just say have patience, I am sorry it is not acceptable.

                                        Hello, I want to send a Rakhi to my brother. So I put an order on gifts-to-india.com. I had updated all the fields and I had completed the payment. But I did not get the confirmation page, Instead I recieved an Error. But, the money has been deducted from my account.

                                        I had put a complaint through the website. I did not get any response.
                                        The phone number given in the website for customer care [protected].
                                        I have tried this number. But this person is not lifting my call. Sometimes, I observed this personis busy on some other call.

                                        I had sent a message to this number with briefing abount the problem. But I did not get any response.

                                        i have ordered some stuff and they have delivered completely wrong!!! keep yourself away from thsi website!!
                                        This website looks like fraud, I have placed an order for rakhi to be delivered in India before 15 days and it is not yet delievered. They dont respond to the quries, never attend the call !! The only thing they did is to deduct money from my account...DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GIFTS-TO-INDIA.COM
                                        I had ordered a very beautiful rakhi and nutties. But they delivered just a thread and two chocolates of cadburry of no brand! They actually abig cheaters.The gifts I ordered was worth 400Rs, but delivered stuff is not more than 50Rs. See the way they cheat the people.
