Actually i order a gift to my brother living in usa (new york) from your website GIFTS-TO-INDIA.com. and my problem is it was suppose to reach it to newyork on ( usa time 6 nov) on diwali. but as u surely know that its already been one week now and there is neither even a status report nor even anybdy from ur website taking responsibility for that, evermore on 6 Nov i mailed your customer service to cancel my order and refund my money which is 32 US $ which is big really very deal.i tried to call ur customer service but they just do not respond to phone or sometime they just hang up without replying responsibly.i feel it like cheat and fraud and will not bare this.and now i do not want any gift from you i simply want to cancel my order and want u to return my money.i have a order information and credit card payment receipt so may i hear from u regarding this before i step further for any legal action ans i am strictly not satisfied with this website's services.

I have received a gift on 19th July 2011 at 1645 hrs.from my sister who lives in New-York, U.S.A. The order No. is GTI[protected]. The gift packet contained a box of Haldiram having cashewnut barfi with dry fruits. The packet was sealed and we opened it immediately, when we ate the sweets we found them stale having foul odour and totally unhygenic. I immediately complained on phone to your given no. on packet. I was asked to make a complaint on this web site. We are extremely annoyed and angry that this kind of substandard service is given by you. I am sending the photograph of the opened gift box as told to me. However I do not know what use of this photograph as you will not know the foul taste of this sweets. Never order any things from Hyderabad Online florists, they are cheater. They will never deliever your orde on time, the quality will also be very bad. In my cases they didn't even deliever my order and no return of money from their side. These guys really sucks me. I loose my patience. Never ever place an order with HOF.

It is very regretful that I made a request for delivery of cake from your website GIFTS-TO-INDIA.com on 14/07/2013 by reference no “HGTI-[protected]”. As the same was supposed to be delivered on given address on 15/07/2013, but was not delivered, even till today! However, I have received your false confirmation email on 16/07/2013 which states “This is just to inform you that we have duly delivered your gift to the Recipient s address on 15/07/2013”. I really feel sorry to say, your conduct is not just unprofessional but really unethical. You people have taken my money but didn't deliver the order. In the given circumstances, I want your explanations asap as to why all that happened? Otherwise I might have to take a legal action.

GTI [protected].I ordered a gift on 3 feb 2012 of delivey date 14 feb 2012 .gift was not deliver on date and still its pending.this was my first valentine day it was kind of personal for me.I have called on their customer care number many times its always busy and two times when it rang they just take my voice note and said they will contact me asap.I have faced embaracement because of this.they have not even replied for my mails.so if possible kindly help me out with this.

I had place an order for an on line rakhis from http://www.Gifts-to-India.com on 4th august and till today the order has not been executed neither any of the support team is picking up phone.

This is a fake website so please note that never use this website for any on-line transaction.

After doing lot of re-search it seems that this website is active for long time and cheated many customer but still no action has been taken against this fraud websites.

I strongly protest and would like the government bodies to look in to this and take some stern action against such culprits so at least a genuine customers don't lose there hard earned money
