Gionee Communication Equipment — battery found defective which is under warranty

I have submitted my Gionee phone F103 to the Pimpri Gionee care. They are telling that it will take another minimum 8 days to replace the battery. Now the world is digitising and how i can control myself to away from the mobile?

Request you to take care and provide my mobile within 3-4 days.
