Gionee Communication Equipment — Charging cost for phone repairing which is under warranty | |||||
I have purchased Gionee S6s (IMEI No. - [protected])which stopped working on 15th March 2017, I confirmed the service center through Gionee customer care who advised me to visit Liberty Mobile point(Gionee Authorised Service Center) at Malegaon- Maharashtra, the service center person first didn't identified the fault and put my phone under some liquid for hours and finally returned the phone by saying he is not able to repair it, I again approached Gionee customer care who again advised me to Pune where I approached Cell care services (Authorised Gionee Service Center), where they advised me there is moisture marks in the phone, on which I informed him it is due to previous service center at Malegaon who put phone under liquid(some chemical), it is there fault. Now they have repaired the phone but ask me to pay more than Rs. 7000/-. Why should I pay when phone is under warranty and it is not my fault. I wrote to customer care Gionee but they are answering to my mails. Kindly help so that I could get phone repaired under warranty. Rgds Anil Nigam [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
