Gionee Communication Equipment — Charging problem in gionee pro f103

Very bad service i purchased f103 pro after 2 months earphone and 4 months charger and then 6 months mobile charged 100% after 45 min 50% then after 15 min off.
I visit service centre in hazratganj lucknow where he told mobile need to update software.
Wait 1 hours then return my mobile with 2% battery when at a time i submitted mobile battery is 85%.
I just say! What a service centre
