I have registered my complaint regarding charging issue on 6th september 2017 and at that time the customer care services as well as service centre told us that it'll take 7 days but now it has been about 10 days & now they are saying us that it will take further 7 days which is totally irrelevant.
I want them to resolve my issue as soon as possible as i have to leave the city and without mobile phone it's very difficult to survive or stay contacted with others.
