Description -

My phone gionee f103 pro which is not in warranty now was not getting charged but all the functions were working properly, the reason i visited the gionee service centre was because of the charging problem i took the phone to the service centre and handover it to the receptionist and they gave me a kind of form to fill and i filled that form and they wrote on it that the phone is off after doing my signature without my permission. My battery was dead and therefore it was not able to switch on and even they didn't ask me the reason that why the phone is off and gave it inside the repairing room and after 25 - 30 minutes they called me and said that it's motherboard is damaged and the phone is unable to switch on and demanded 5500 rs to repair the phone, but my phone was totally all right the only problem was that it was not getting charged and the staff damaged it knowingly and did a practise of fraud with me. I know that my phone was alright because i checked my phone with another new gionee battery on the same day and it was working but not getting charged and after visiting the service centre the phone was not working even with the new battery because the staff itself damaged it knowingly.

Sir, the staff is taking the company's reputation down, every customer visiting the service centre is cursing the company for the cheating of staff and this is not good. You really need to take a strict action about the technicians and the staff because if the company is not providing good services then it is loosing the customer's trust which i think none of the company wants to do. So, if you are worried and sincere about your company then you must be sincere about the service that your staff is providing at the above mentioned gionee service centre's address.

Resolution - i want my motherboard repaired as it was working before

This gionee P-7 hand set is useless but the company tells it's good I buyed it on 2017 march now battery is baljed company must change it for free but it charging .than also customer care center wants 10 days for new battery .So government must not allow this type of Chinese production in india
