My name is swapnil yerunkar and job no. Is gci[protected]. Job date is 04/07/2017. Its already 15 days and ihave not yet received my mobil repaired. When i called customer care, everytime your executive said withi 4-5 days i vl get my mobile but still nt received. Today when i called they said 9 more days wl take. I want to escalate this to ur ceo otherwise i vl forward this issue to media about ur frustrating, irritating service if i have not received my mobile by tomorow. I vl suggest the people not to take gionee mobile. Its very pathetic customer service. I have my own business n have to call many people evryday... How can i stay without mobile... My mobile no.
