Gionee Communication Equipment — Gionee a1 pre-booking freebie not received | |||||
I had purchase gionee a1 on 11th april 2017. On which i was supposed to get prebooking freeie in 1 month. But i did not recieved it yet. I had lauch complaint on email to [protected]@gionee.co.in and also on toll free no [protected]. On mail i get only one reply and complaint id[#[protected]]. Which i agin replied with details, after that they did not replied to me. Same thing happend with phone conversation on toll free number, in which the executive noted my mail id and ahead guided with some deatails and said they will try to solve and disconnected my phone. But after that i didnt received any mail from gionee. And now a days i am trying to call on toll free number again but after connecting to customer cre representive it got disconnect from their side. And this happened 4 to 5 times when i called. Was this information helpful? | |||||
