My name is hari i purchased gionee f103 pro mobile 6 months back now the mobile is not charging up i visited service center but they are claiming that charging slot is damaged it is not covered under warranty and cost 850rs but they are not giving online bill they are just giving cash bill on the y. V technologies name i am asking the online bill from gionee but they are denied it. They are acting in a frauded manager. I visited the service centre in guntur, andhrapradesh.
