It has been submitted for repair at pimpri chinchwad gionee service station and now it has been 6 days i didn't hear back a single call from service center. When i submitted the phone they said technician will check the phone and will call me. Technician isn't even checked the phone yet and said that they don't have equipment to check. Is this how gionee takes care of their customers? Very much frustrating experience and the way complaint gets handled. Was this information helpful? | |||
