Gionee Communication Equipment — gionee p7 max battery issue. mobile shuts off at 75%. not even working for 1 hour. bought on 17th june 2019

I bought gionee p7 max mobile from tatacliq on 17th june 2019 and had made a complain of the battery on 16th july. The handsets battery used to drain quickly and the phone would get switched off on 15%. I went to the service centre 2-3 times and they told me that the problem has been fixed. But i dont think so. The problem was never fixed and since a last few days it has even aggrevated much more. The battery goes down from 75% to 1% and when we connect the charger it shoots up to directly 50% or 60%. Moreover the battery doesnt last for more than 1 hour. The battery has swollen up and is popping out from the battery area while closing the back cover. My previous job sheet no was gcnd[protected]. I had complained 3-4 times in july and august and each time they kept the phone for 15 days and did nothing. No good service by gionee customer care. No response from their side. Highly disappointed with my decision of buying gionee phone. Never recommend it to some one else.

Updated by friendzubu I dont want this phone anymore. Replace the product or refund my money as i have been complaining since the first month about the defect. Or else i would have to take strict legal action against gionee if my problem is not solved. I have already given it for repair for 3 times and no solution to the problem. I now want a refund or a replacement (brand new) or else i will move ahead with legal proceedings against gionee

Updated by friendzubu No response from gionee as of now. Worst company ever seen. The new service head mr SHASHIKANT is also not bothered to reply to the client. Forcing us to take legal action
