I had given my handset (Gionee a1) for repairing at malad west service center and i was told to collect handset after 7 working days but it has been a month i had still not received my handset. Every time they say to come after 2 days as we have not received the part of your mobile. I am very much irritated because of this behaviour of your service center. Now i am going to sue you in the consumer court. Its too much now i can't wait any further without my phone. Also i have not been provided any standby phone. If i dont get my phone within 24 hours i am going to file a case against your company. Be ready to face consiquences for your deeds. Job number for my complaint is gc[protected]. I have gionee s plus mobile the cable has been damaged.i had given it to service center, they said, ''there are no stock now we are ordering the cable now'' after a week i went to service center and they said the product has not been dispatched yet now. can you give the answer why you are being lazy such a shamefull company urs
