Gionee Communication Equipment — Mobile charging problem | |||
Hi team, I am Aarti Rawat Pun from Roorkee, Uttarakhand. I purchased GIONEE A1 on 8th June and within 4 days I get to know that there is a problem of charging in the mobile.I talked to the shopkeeper and replaced the cable wire of the charger and after changing the cable wire, charging point of the mobile was not working well... So I Searched the GIONEE service center and told them about the matter. They took 1 day time for service & take the set from me. After 2 days they showed me the mobile is in airplane ✈ mode with full charging. And they showed me that it is working now. At home 🏡 I used the whole battery till left 10% Next day when I plug it to charger it took 3 hours to charge 25% and got too hot. Its hotness was not easy to touch..
