Dear sir I brought gionee m4 marathon last december 2015 till date my phone automatic stop. I go customer repairing center godsoom karol bagh he said software problem, reparing centre charge rs 300/ but after some days same problem. I go to dwarks more service centre Service centre person asked same problem software, he charge rs. 500/= Some month gone, same problem, i go to same customer reparing centre He charge another 400/= after four to five month same problem. I talk customer care no [protected], she given service centre address Uttam nager service centre and deposit phone some day exchange new model phone you have pay rs. 4000/ I go to uttamnagar service centre, person asked your phone did not working due to battery not working i can not help Dear sir who person responsible me purchase of gionee phone or your company.
