Gionee Communication Equipment — mobile handset got damaged in warranty period but company not replacing | |||
Respected sir/madam, I have buy gionee mobile model no-e7 32gb white body on 26 june 2017 and after that 10-15days charge got damage after buy of 20days mobile got dammage and not in workin mode automatically. I have visit gionee care a_one communication ludhiana 4 time visited in month which of 2 time for charge and 2 time for mobile phone. One of executive said to me some hardware issue in your phone. As per gionee warranty policy if any kind of hardware issue in mobile got to replaced if with in 30days. But now they are denying to replaced phone saying that old model. Not my fault i have purchased new phone now company responsibility for changing artical. I am attaching service jobsheet gionee please look up this matter reslove asap.
