I have given my phone for service on 7th july 2018 and they have committed to fix the issue in 5 days but now its been 21 days it's not been fixed.
I have called constantly to the service centre and they are delaying the time.
You should address the complaints from consumer at top most priority this is the reason you are not getting good name in indian market.
Now im feeling why i got that phone in 20k bucks simply wasted my money.
Please have a look into this negligence. I want a quick update on this issue and if you don't have the part atleast inform the customer rather than unnecessarily keeping the phone Was this information helpful? |
