[Resolved] Gionee Communication Equipment — Not providing service as they have promised | |||||
I bought a handset of gionee. After few months my battery was not charging properly. I went to the service centre. They registered my complaint number and said you will get new battery after few days. But after whole month our complaint was closed saying : we hope your handset has been delivered to you and your complaint number has been closed. Complaint was done on 22 march 2017. While using phone which is frequently restarting since last two months, but sometimes if we are removing sim which may stand by long time .its the first time i am facing the problem.But it now it is consistant.
