Gionee Communication Equipment — service is horrible | |||
The phone s6s gets dead after a month or so of purchase. The service center says that mother board is not functional. They say it will take a weeks time, but now after 20 days the status is still unclear. its pending for parts and there is no news of the parts when it will arrive and all. really frustrated. job No. GC [protected] if gionee has to compete the best smart phones OEM"s then the services have to really get to that level. A newly bought phone goes dead, one of the latest models and it has to wait for parts. Then why would anyone buy new phone from gionee if they are not prepared with parts and all. First of all no new phone should go dead, and if itdoes replacements should be provided, but no response in not what any one expects. just to take more a month in repairing a set means that the organisation does not care about service, itonly cares about getting as many sets sold as they produce. But they forget that if you do not have returning customers you wont have your business for long. it is us that we buy high price indian brand sets to fuel your business but if we dont return how would you gain word to mouth or appreciation. this is just the worst scenario for a new oraganisation and this means that they are not going to last long.
