Dear sir I want to say that I am really upset with your serivce. I have purchased gionee M7 power in the month of dec/17 but by just simple drop my screen got damaged, I have paid advance for the mobile screen for last I week but till now I have not got that from your service center. I am facing problem as my all data is there in the mobile I just want to say that please resolve my problem with in 24 hour or provide me new handset if spare part is not available with you.
