Gionee G5 — Software problem

Dear sir, Mai geonee g5 phone kaam me le raha hu. abhi muje phone liye ek month bhi nahi hua ki problem shuru ho gai. me apne phone me application icon ko drug aur move nhi kar sakta. mene phone ko reset factory default bhi kiya but kuch ghanto baad ye problem dubara shuru ho gai. icon ko press and hold karta hu to mini second ke liye wo select hota hai fir turant deselect ho jata hai. mene hold and delay time change kar ke dekh liya but kuch bhi nhi ho raha hai. please help me...
