Gionee marathon m4-imei no-[protected]
I had bought the above mentioned gionee handset on 23rd august, 2015 from the nearby mobile store. Post 15 days of the purchase, my phone's display went off, i got a new display installed from the authorized service center of gionee. Since that day, my handset is not working properly, every week i have to take the handset to the service center because the screen wipes off and gets white, to which they formatted the handset and gave it to me. This is not a permanent solution to my handset.
I highly disgraced looking at the services of the gionee service center where the staff is not capable enough to understand the problem of the handset. I as a customer is being fooled by paying 15000, and in return got nothing but a defected piece.
I am really frustrated by this handset and want a permanent solution to my problem. Either you return the money or provide me with a new handset. Was this information helpful? |
