Not able to get my touchscreen repaired. The toll free number never works and no one picks is up even to even start a basic request of getting a complaint opened. Their office sites what information they have for service center none of them do repairs for gionee anymore. This is height of miss management check out the number for their center in a big city like hyderabad forget about small cities.
