Sir my set gionee had dead on 4th october 2016 . I went on your authorised service center in sirsa (Haryana) on 10 october . service center repaired my phone on the charge of 250rs. I was really admired of your services . I asked the engineer what is the fault in my phone his answer was in witty that I also don’t know what is the problem but ur phone is ok, so I also don’t care about what he did with my phone as my phone was ok, so I left the vanue with a smiling face as I got my set just in 10 minutes . But just after one week on 17 th october the problem is same the set was dead once again. So once again I had to go the service center for repairing my phone on 19 october 2016. This time engineer asked me to submit my phone to check the fault, as I believe on your services I submit the phone with battery . now he did not give me any satisfactory answer this time . for five days he gave me various excuses, on daily basis I had to go to service center where he always gavee me irrelevent excuse .
Whenever I asked him he said that a hand set will come on Saturday then I see if there is any problem in battery, I told him my battery is ok and after full charge its backup of one day despite I use all type of application . But he said sometimes there are some faults so I did not argument with him at that time but I am really amazed at this type of answer . he asked me to come on moday and guarantee to give set on Monday . I have no other option than to wait for his response .
On moday I called him about my set. His reply was really horrified me that I checked it with another battery but the problem is in your pvc or pcb . so he told me that I had to bear a cost of rs 3500. At this time I don’t know what to do, when I asked him that it is the same problem and at that time you charged me rs 250 now this time what happen .
At this time also I do not argue with them and I politely asked him to give me in writing that sat need to change pvc. But his response was In negative . he said that we can’t give you in writing as it is against the policy so at this point he may be right so I don’t argue on this point . He return me the phone and said we can’t repair it I was really harassed that the company service center also refused to repair it where should I go .
When I asked him about the customer care no. of Gionee this time his answer was really unacceptable he said we have no customer care number but fortunately I am with a friend and I search gionee customer care number I called at that number . on this toll free no. I got really a good response and thanking for this service who saved my money . customer care person assured me that your phone will be repaired by us and the rellevent charges may also apply as I have no problem to pay reasonble
charges .
Today I check my phone status on your site where it showed that your phone is ready for delievery.
As I went there at 12:30 for collecting my phone but this time there was another excuse from service center . they said your battery is dead you have to purchase other battery now I am really tired of these type of answer . I asked him that if there are such type of fault till now then why are my phone status is ok on website, he said they have to show on website .
Now my some points are there please consider on this
1. After 6 days they told me that there is no problem in your handset, problem is in your battery, so is it rellevent to tell this minor excuse after 6 days ?
2. On monday he asked me for changing pvc at the cost of 3500 rs. But today he said there is no fault on my set except battery, I am shocked till now .
3. On service center for repairing my phone engineer need to wait for another hand set of this model, is it rellevent for a branded company .
So sir I request you to take some immediate action so that we can believe on your products and your services .
Si r as I told you my phone battery was ok untill my phone was submitted but when they said there was a fault in your battery I feel that they may change my battery so I am really mentally distrubed till now . so once again I request you to take action against the service center and solve my battery related issue as I feel I am cheated by with your service center because now I have no faith in this service center .
