I recently got my back cover replaced at rajajinagar service center . I use a Gionee s5.5 and he has done a horrible job the back cover keeps coming out! I ve visited the service center twice coz this and he uses fevibond to stick the back cover and also fails to do a good job! Keeps asking me to visit the service center again and again honestly I don't ve that kind of time! Please help I did not expect this kind of poor quality of work who uses fevibond to fix the phone! It's been forever(around Two Months) I gave my phone nobody is bothered to revert back and now they are asking me to pay for the back cover which I already paid for!! And now they saying my battery is gone. asking me to change my case which was perfectly fine. i am sure your technician s and the ustomer service team in blore needs some serious training. Yesterday i bought gionee p5 mini and i am getting so much problem when i put on charging my screen doesnt work i paid money full then why should i suffer what should i do either exchange or tell me what to do other wise i will take action toward it

I had purchased my gione f103 in nov 2015, but suddenly it has stopped charging and it is in the warranty period also, pls take an action to it
It has been observed that GIONEE M5 LITE has been made of non-standardised products especially Motherboard etc.
The phone stops working even before completion of 2 months within purchase time.
The service centres in and around hyderabad behave irresponsible failing to deliver the product within the guided timelines.
