[Resolved] Gionee India — M5+ phone from gionee faulty | |||||
The handset was purchased on 27.06.2016 but after purchasing the same the phone statrted to become faulty after 20 days of purchase. Service center has taken 1 month time to repair the same, but after that the problem wad not solved properly but new problem started hapening with the hand set. When I again complained the same to the Gionee service center they again took my phone for another 1 month. I dont want to use the faulty phone again. I want either a full replacement or money back. The phone was costs Rs. 26402.00 and the money is really hard earned. Was this information helpful? | |||||
