Gionee India — Repair time repair create problem in touch display

my phone gionee Elife E7 working very well and i do format and also i delete setting app. so again i do format so i seen chine language i switch off so battery go down so i give to service center for software at that time phone is not on because battery go down i told him check it and told me tomorrow and next day i got a call for link of on off button and he told me for charges 331.00 rupies i told him ok do it next day i call service center he told me your phone is ok when i reach the service center and told me for key is not working your touch problem. service center make money only doing any problem in phone and making money by customer.not a single problem in my phone but for making money service men make problem for making money.
