HI, this is charu mehra here ... m very glad to know you about the [censored]ing GIONEE company.. i bought a gionee elife s7 in july"15 Rs.22000/-and my phone is in wrranty ...in feb"2016 i was having some battery backup it was suddenly charging & then get down. 1st time i walk in service centre they said the software problem then they format my phone 7 give it to me then the problem was same...i walk in 2nd time at service centre dey said jack problem ...but i argue to submit my phone..that what the actual problem is. after one week they are saying you have to pay 20430/-RS. to repair it... i was shoched that what the hell is going on ... i paid 22000/- for the phone and i have to pay 20423/- more for repair within 8 months. it totally costs to me rs 42430/- tell me the solution ... where i have to case for this. i need help.I dont have that much of money to repair this or buy a new phone..
