Hi this is vivek from raipur chhattisgarh. I owned a gionee elife e7 (32 gb) which has auto touch working problem from last 2 month. For this i log a complaint to gionee service centre here. 1 st time they update that i already told them this is hardware problem. After some days i again i log a compaint for this 2nd time they said that they will send it to gionee head office. After 21 day i got my phone still the problem same when i got second time problem is same of auto touch is working and also 2nd problem happeing its showing there are no system memory. So unable to use phone any how.
I am suffering from this last 2 month. Service centre and your team is unable to resolve my problem. Not happy with service of gionee. If thsi is happening with flagship device high end device of company so what i can say about other please replace my phone otherwise i have to go to consumer forum.
