IN RE: Reg.Gionee Elife E6 Broken due
to forceful attempt to repair by Auth. Service Centre At Bhubaneshwar
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice
that I had purchased Gionee elife E6
(IMEI No- [protected]) from Indiatimes Shopping (Enclosed Invoice) on 15th
Feb 2014, I brought the mobile to THE Service Centre- M Care, Ashok
Nagar, Bhubaneshwar on 5th Aug 2014 due to mobile powering-on issues. Where
your forceful attempt to repair caused damage on touch-screen causing
malfunctioning.
The said goods are suffering from the
following defects:—
(i)
Broken
Screen due to forceful attempt to repair by your authorized service centre
people
I have reported the above matter to
them several times and submitted phone to the service centre (Enclosed trailing
emails printout along with Job Sheet) but despite all my pleadings they have not
made good the defect in the goods (or deficiency in services) which is indeed
regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of the aforesaid
dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered
losses/incurred expenses

Financial Losses till 1.10.2014) which they are liable to compensate to me.
